Our house was completely remodeled and we’re excited to share it with you! It’s located in the quiet suburbs of Venice, with just minutes to Sharky’s on the Pier, Venice beach, and many other beaches nearby!

Enjoy the lake view, the gorgeous pool and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a private backyard, partially fenced in!

Our newly renovated kitchen makes meal preparation easy if should you decide to dine in. The rooms are all flooded with light and are decorated in warm, neutral tones. The living room has a 55” Smart TV with live channels, movies, shows, sport, news, and plenty of seating!

Your in-house amenities are taken care of, meaning you can look forward to a completely new and renovated home! From the bed linen to beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer, it’s all at the tip of your fingers!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool, gas grill, backyard & patio, garage storage w/ accessible beach chairs & toys. Our beautiful and spacious patio is completely covered, ensuring that small animals and insects won’t come in - inviting you to sit, eat, grill, swim, and relax together.

The pool is 12X26 ft. In addition, this still has a shallow area where you can relax or for small children (only under supervision) is particularly well suited.

Heated pool is optional at additional cost of $25/day

Favorite house we have stayed at. We go to Venice a few times a year and this house has it all. When u walk in the front door the whole back wall is glass doors that overlook the lake and your pool. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Saw so much wildlife and beautiful birds. Everything in the house seems brand new and perfect. Has everything you need. Super spotless! I am definitely go back to this house!!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly in Venice. We loved the pool right off of the kitchen. We enjoyed Easter Sunday at the pool. The house was equipped with everything you need for the kitchen as well as a grill for the outside. The house is equipped with plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, coolers, sand toys, towels). I would definitely recommend this place to others.

THE BEST SOUTH VENICE EXPERIENCE, HANDS DOWN

We absolutely love this house - AND the hosts! It is by far the cleanest and most beautiful property we have ever rented. The location is just minutes from downtown, the beach (especially the doggy beach) hiking and many, many local amenities. The neighborhood is so nice, clean and QUIET, everyone is friendly and it’s a wonderful place to walk.We spent so much time under the lanai, out by the pool overlooking the canal. It is so peaceful and full of wildlife, simply amazing. Our small (20lb) j. russell / chi mix never wanted to come back in. Check-in was a breeze. Everything you could possibly think you may need is provided. Camy and Radu are the perfect hosts and immediately answered any questions we had. It doesn’t take long renting places long-term to recognize the difference between “commercial” hosts simply, “renting out a house” versus a vibrant couple welcoming you into their home and Camy & Radu’s Venice vacation home fits the latter, to a tee!Thank you Camy and Radu for letting us stay at your wonderful house. We are already looking forward to returning to this home!

Just finished our first of what we hope and intend to be many more stays in Camy & Radu’s Venice vacation home and can say:This home is not just a “complete” remodel it is a *CUSTOM* REMODEL - hands down THE MOST OPEN and LIGHTED and CLEAN of any house we have ever rented, in years of renting homes in South Venice.The much appreciated increase in both light and open space is only possible through restructuring - done correctly. Inside and out, it is apparent: no corners were cut and obviously, money and attention to detail were not spared; from wall and floor transitions to modern cabinetry and appliances to trouble free utilities and comfortable furnishings.In fact, everything about the home is modern, Modern, MODERN.Perhaps most important, we found the house meticulously clean inside and out (not just “rental clean”) and every aspect of the house in complete repair. The level of attention this requires is most impressive, given not only the harsh coastal environment but also the very nature of any home seeing multiple renters - in even just one year.The open and relaxing views out the “wall of window glass” in the rear of house, as well as from within the lanai and pristine pool, offer beautiful scenery along the canal and wonderful bird spotting opportunities.“Location, location, location” is more than just a realtor’s truism; and, the location of Camy & Radu’s Venice vacation home checks category after category.

The property was ok, but the TV was not.We had occasional problems with it not working and very poor choice of channels as there was no cable. The beds were not comfortable and the shower was poor. All in all not worth the money.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home. Camy and Radu were the perfect hosts with prompt answers to any questions. The villa was possibly better than the excellent photographs show and equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. We relaxed by the pool, watched the wildlife and used the outdoor grill. We ventured to Venice for a craft market, visited nearby beaches, had a great meal at The Crow’s Nest and watched the sunset at Casey’s Pass. Thanks Camy and Radu, we would love to come back and explore the area more from your lovely villa!

We stayed here for a week and this was hands down the most relaxing vacation we have ever had! The house is even more beautiful in person...the pictures don't do it justice! The backyard pool area is so quiet, relaxing, and just purely magical. We were in love with the different wildlife we were able to see while sitting out there. The owners are so wonderful, attentive, and kind....the location is convenient without being in a busy area. So close to many beautiful beaches...I was sad when it was time to leave... This Wisconsin family will DEFINITELY be back! ❤️

10 Gold Stars!! Beautifully maintained property!

My best friends Birthday was June 10th! I live in MD & she in FL. Her only wish was to spend a few days with me as we do not see each other often. She wanted to have a pool & water near by to fish! Camy the owner was very helpful thru the whole process & was able to grant us an early check in. The owners left no stone unturned on what a guest would need. We felt so welcomed & definitely had everything we needed! We had groceries delivered & as our stay continued we had access to beach chairs, umbrella, fishing poles, tackle box & more! The kitchen was fully equipped & had a full coffee pot as well as kerig with coffee! The pool was amazing!many pool toys & rafts/noodles to float your day away! Full grill (clean!) with tools. Beautiful chase lounge chairs & table for outside dining! The bedrooms were fantastic & nicely furnished! Beds very comfortable.. I did not miss mine or my pillow! Toiletries were provided (shampoo/cond) if needed. Beaches & downtown Venice a stones thro away( about 10-13 min) grocery close by as well. Super quiet neighborhood! We will certainly tell our friends & family! We cannot wait to return!! ❤️

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was just perfect. The house is gorgeous and super clean, and very well-stocked for anything we needed. And the pool area? We spent most of the week outside watching the wildlife and floating in the pool. Camy and Radu are very easy to work with; they even came by to reset the internet for us. We are hoping to return in the future!

Venice Gardens Vacation

We had a fantastic vacation with family and friends throughout the month of March. Camy and Radu were the best hosts and the property had everything we needed. Perfect!

The property is even better than the photos. It’s so clean! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The furniture is comfortable. The beds are wonderful. The pool area is spacious and very clean. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Camy and Radu are the perfect hosts. Straight after we had booked, Camy contacted us. She answered every question with as much detail as she could. Once we arrived Radu popped in to introduce himself. He was very nice and told us to call if we had any issues. There was an issue with a flat battery in the door lock. It was sorted promptly and without any fuss. Onto the wildlife. Coming from England, we don’t get to see many gators. Gordon The Gator was there to great us when we went outside. Tommy the Terrapin said hi. Eric the Egret visited a few times daily’s, with his side kick Ernie. Harry, the blue heron was an absolute delight to watch - he loved his bread broken up into very small pieces. The ospreys, Oscar and Olive, were awesome to watch and they visited daily too - often flying low over the house. There were many other birds that kept us occupied! All in all, this is the best rental holiday home that we have ever stayed in; and we have stayed in quite a few Florida houses over the years! Thank you Camy & Radu!!

Comfortable and Convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy, clean and comfortable. The best part is the covered lanai with a great pool and view of a lake. Peaceful and relaxing. The property is convenient to everything in the Venice area and we would definitely stay here again. And the owners are great to deal with! Very accommodating and checked in with us to make sure our stay was as best as possible. Thank you!

Perfect vacation

No need to bring anything except your personal items to this fabulous home. The owners have thought of everything. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The pool is awesome overlooking the water.. great views of the wildlife, sunrise and sunsets. Perfect distance to great restaurants and beaches. The owners are extremely welcoming and available. You will not regret staying here.
