The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with a wonderful view of the canal. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Christiana was very kind and helpful, even arranging a private water taxi for us back to the airport. We would love to return and stay here again!

Awesome Property

If you want a wow factor when booking a Venice location, book here. View of Grand Canal is worth the price of admission. Plenty of space for a group of 7. Location forces you to walk everywhere which is what you want to do when you're in Venice. Hoping to visit this beautiful city again and if I do, I would not mind staying here again.

Wonderful Stay for 4 couples

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment located directly over the Grand Canal. Rooms were spacious and photos were accurate for accommodations. Each room had its own air conditioner. For a first time European traveler, I was surprised that 2nd floor actually meant 3rd. Ground floor is 0. No elevator, which I knew, and staff graciously helped with luggage. Staff is professional, kind and return messages quickly. Location is right next to the Riva de Biasio vaporetto stop. I felt like I had gone back in time and I was the lady of a grand villa. Grazie Mille for this experience!!

This property far exceeded our expectations!!Perfect locationAbsolutely gorgeous and well maintained property. My son prepared a gourmet breakfast enjoyed in the historic dining room. We felt like royaltyWe made this weekend date before we knew it was carnival but wow!! So much fun and so exciting to see all the costumes and shop for masks a lifetime experience and property that will be a cherished memory

A wonderful stay in Venice

The location of this stay is beyond beautiful—right on a canal and convenient, with the water bus station right at the door. Host definitely tried to help us make arrangements for travel on our behalf. The apartment is spacious and perfect for a large group. It definitely has retained a ”historic feel”. There was some construction in the building at the time of our stay, so some noise on the earlier side, but we were out and about exploring the city so it wasn’t too much of a detractor. This place is not for those wary of steps—it was on a top floor (but then again Venice requires a lot of stair walking as well). Overall, a great stay for our family of 5 while in a breathtaking city.

Ahhhh Venice!

Fantastic location. Easy 10 minute walk to train, bus, taxi and 5 minute or less walk to restaurants, bakeries, grocery store. Home accommodated 8adults comfortably and had beautiful view of the Grande canal on 4 step-up viewing windows. Wish we would have stayed longer. If you've never been to Venice plan at least 3 nights. Wonderful place to get lost!
