    This delightful apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from both St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, right in the heart of Venice. Nestled steps away from Santa Maria Formosa, one of the city’s most picturesque spots, the apartment is situated in a beautifully restored Venetian building.

    Spanning 50 m², the apartment offers a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. The high, wooden beamed ceilings add character, and large windows ensure the apartment is filled with natural light. Enjoy modern comforts like satellite TV, WiFi, and a double sofa bed for extra guests. The kitchen features a fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making it perfect for cooking meals. The cozy king-size bedroom includes a large wardrobe, while the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience.

    This charming home also boasts original truss ceilings, parquet floors, air conditioning, and a fan to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. A cradle is available on request for families with little ones.     Best option: Take the ALILAGUNA ORANGE LINE directly to Rialto (about 50 minutes).
    Alternative: Take the ACTV or ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma, then board vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).
    From Treviso Airport:

    Take the ATVO coach to Piazzale Roma, then vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).
    By Train:

    From Venice Santa Lucia railway station: Take vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).
    By Cruise Ship:

    From the cruise terminal: If direct vaporetto access isn’t available, take the shuttle or people mover to Piazzale Roma, then vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).
    By Car:

    From Piazzale Roma: Take vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).

Location location location. Property is very near to Rialto bridge which is very convenient for an over packer like myself. Amazing restaurants and attractions nearby. I fell in love with Venezia and this property definitely had a lot to do with that.

Great Apartment with lots of Narrow Steps!!!

Loved the apartment. Host is very nice. Apartment is perfect size for a couple. Clothes washer means less packing and lighter bags!!! But there are still those 47 narrow steps to the 3rd floor.

Perfect location and great host!

The apartment is in the perfect location! Brigitte met us and helped us get settled. She recommended where and when to ride a Gondola as well as the best restaurant nearby for a very unique and romantic dinner experience. The apartment was clean and well stocked with necessities. We would definitely book here again!

Had a great stay here! Apartment is as described. Great communication. Clean, spacious, notes on the apartment amenities were helpful. Quiet building. It is on the 4th floor (no elevator like majority of buildings in Italy), but not really a big deal..just be aware of it. Close to everything you need to see and do in Venice. Don’t forget to check out Crazy Pizza just around the corner, as well as the gelaterie next to Hotel Da Bruno!! Have the Venetia cream gelato!!! 100% recommend staying here!

Great hideaway

The apartment is lovely and in a perfect central location. Although Venice was hot during our visit, the AC was adequate and kept us comfortable. The building entry and stair is a bit shabby - and remember it is a 3-story climb - but the unit is terrific, quiet and clean.

Located near Rialto Bridge

This spot is close to Rialto (vaporetto), Basicilla, and lots of shopping and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of steps to the fourth floor, which we weren’t. Would have been okay if we had not over-packed our bags. Overall a great stay!

Perfect Location, But 44 steps to climb

This was a great property. Location is in between Rialto Bridge and St. Marks Square. Easy walking to both. All sorts of shops, grocery, restaurants. Apartment is set back in a deadend, but you just walk to the end and you are in a bustling area. Was perfect for us, but 44 steps is a lot for anyone with any bad knees or hips.

Stay in Costello/Venice

The apartment was amazing, wonderful location, close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Rooms were quite roomy for an historic region in Venice. Check in process was excellent with host arranging someone to meet us, take us to the apartment and show us the challenges of operating various equipment in the apartment. Please note, if you have mobility issues, there are many flights of stairs.

Best Little Rental in Venice

We loved this spot! It was in the heart of everything, but when you turn into your little lane, you see the lives of real Venetians going about their business. There is a climb to the top, but then you can look out and see the glorious rooftops of Venice. The spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds are just the beginning. The truly great part is the kind and hospitable hosts who make sure everything is good and also explain Venice to you. We slept three people quite comfortably and just loved this magical hideaway over the rooftops of Venice, one of the most beautiful places on earth.
