  • Our house was completely remodeled and we’re excited to share it with our guests! It’s located in the quiet suburbs of Venice, with just minutes to Sharky’s on the Pier, Venice beach, and many other beaches nearby!

    Enjoy the gorgeous pool and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a private backyard, all fenced in!

    Our newly renovated kitchen makes meal preparation easy if should you decide to dine in. The rooms are all flooded with light and are decorated in warm, neutral tones. Plenty of seating in living room, Smart TV with free YouTube Tv stream app including live channels, movies, shows, sport, news, and plenty of seating!

    Your in-house amenities are taken care of! From the bed linen to beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer, it’s all at the tip of your fingers!

    Perfect for a family getaway, this one-of-a-kind vacation rental is the ideal destination for those seeking their dream-home getaway in Venice, FL!

    Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen bed

    OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool, gas grill, fenced backyard & patio, beach chairs, umbrellas & toys inside the garage. Our patio is completely screen covered, ensuring that small animals and insects won’t come in, inviting you to sit, eat, grill, swim, and relax together, or even on your own!

    The pool is 13x32 ft. with a shallow area where you can relax or be a place for small children (only under adult supervision).
    Heated pool is optional at additional cost of $20/day.

    NO DIVING - SHALLOW WATER.

    INDOOR LIVING: Cozy contemporary décor & living, 3 Smart TV’s, walk-in showers, & large closets

    KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster, bar top seating.

    GENERAL: Fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens/towels, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, & toys.
    All parts of the home will be accessible to guests. We do have 2 locked closets in the house that the cleaners have access to as well as 2 locked cabinets in the garage.

    NO PETS: No pets are allowed with guests. This does not mean this is an animal /allergen free home and due to ADA rules we do accept service animals. Bringing a pet with you will result in the immediate cancelation of your stay with no refunds and a $350 fine.

    NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking/vaping. $350 fine for evidence of smoking.

    SECURITY INFORMATION: The property features outdoor security cameras that do not look into any interior spaces and are turned off while guests are in residence.

    PEST CONTROL: We use a professional pest control service. Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Please keep windows/doors tightly closed & keep place clean & tidy with food tightly closed to prevent pests.

Best vacation

Best vacation possibilities: lovely town, beautiful, comfortable, modern, well equipped, clean house with pool. Great location close to everything- the beaches, stores, good restaurants in downtown, parks and famous warm mineral springs lake of North Port. Perfect weather, wonderful beaches, calm and warm sea water.

Wonderful property, experience and hosts

I stayed for a month at the property with various family members joining me. We all enjoyed the beautiful home, pool, neighborhood and location of property. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. We all highly recommend this property and we sould stay here again!

Great House in a great spot

This house was simply great for our stay. 10 mins from the beach and great restaurants. The owner was attentive, answering every question. If we return to the Venice / Nakomis area, we would definitely look to book here again. Thank You for allowing us to stay at your home!

Wonderful house.

A Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this beautifully renovated and furnished house! The house was also exceptionally clean, with a well appointed kitchen and lovely pool and outdoor space. We also loved the central location; downtown Venice and numerous beaches and parks were only a short drive away! We also appreciated how responsive and kind the hosts were whenever we had a question.

This was a wonderful family vacation! Everything was clean, organized, and updated. This home is close to the beach, great restaurants, and nearby aquariums. Our two children had a blast in the pool!

Wonderful home! Pristine clean, comfortable and cozy. I packed garbage bags, dishwasher pods and other things usually needed, but they left a couple of each, so nice. We went for a horse show at Fox Lea and we were 10 minutes away. I’ll be booking this house for the next horse show!

Home away from home

We had a great vacation. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was so relaxing. Location was close to everything, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very easy communication with the owners. When we come back to Venice again this would be our #1 choice.

Stay in venice

Very nice property. The owners have thought of so many things to make the stay enjoyable- beach chairs, umbrellas, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee pods, pool towels, floaties….. They are also very responsive to any questions and concerns. Would definitely stay again. It really feels like home

Family vacation

Communication with our host, Adrian, was excellent. He gave prompt responses to all my questions and was very accommodating. The house was in excellent condition. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was helpful in preparing holiday meals. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Venice family stay

On first glance the house is a typical Venice gardens home. The inside has been remodeled beautifully, including an addition that makes the home much bigger than it appears. The house looked smelled clean. Plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Very nice pool area with plenty of seating. Close to shopping and beaches. My family enjoyed the property and vacation.

Perfect house for our family

This house had everything we wanted and in a perfect location. It was newly renovated and had a lot of open space. The only thing it lacked was a king size bed and could have had more bath towels. Owners were very quick to respond and the wine left for us was nice! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Adrian and Elena!
