Great Condo

The condo was renovated and very nice. It is located conveniently to the beach and downtown. The beds were comfortable. Not having a dishwasher is a bummer when you are on vacation, but we knew that going in. The listing states that they have a hairdryer so I did not bring one. There was no hairdryer as we searched everywhere. We needed to get one. The bathroom does not have a fan so it got pretty steamy in there. There were only 4 bath towels for four adults so we needed to do wash. Providing some more would be helpful. The host provided beach chairs and beach towels. There were also all the basic essentials in the kitchen. The air conditioning and heat worked well. The electronic lock on the door worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend in Venice

Had a great weekend staying in Venice. The home was one black from Venice Beach. It was completely remodeled, clean, and comfortable. Would stay there again. Thank you.

Loved every minite.

The place was more than what we had expected. Very clean and very nice neighborhood. We loved and wanted to stay longer. Walking distance to beach. 15 min drive to 3 other beaches. It was a great time and would recommend to anyone to stay here. We will remember this one for next time we go.

Venice beach

The condo was very clean and quiet, great location, 1 block from beach, 15 min walk to downtown. Had a wonderful stay! The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows, to hard for us. We picked up a couple at a local store and ended up leaving one behind. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to Venice.

Fantastic Location

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners did a lovely job. We loved the short walk to the beach and downtown. Couple of items to note we missed as a rental - there were three of us and only two wash clothes available, which we felt was not enough (it sleeps four, so would at least make sure there are enough for four, especially without a w/d to use), and would recommend also including a paring or chef's knife. Tough to do much in the kitchen with serrated steak knives. Also, we concur with other comments on the pillows. Very hard to sleep on. Lastly, would recommend check-out instructions be communicated 24 hours in advance. We were walking out the door when we got ours an hour before check-out. If we had to be on the road two hours earlier, we wouldn't have known what to do. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Perfect location

The condo was clean, Michael was pretty quick to respond to any questions I had and the space was the perfect size for our family with two little kids. Location was amazing with short walks to both the beach and (a little longer walk) to the shops.

Christmas Vacation

This condo is very clean, well decorated and well stocked with toiletries and all that you will need for cooking. The bathroom is very well done with a great shower with plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable, but some pillows on the softer side would be nice. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach, the short walk to historic downtown with good food choices, and the bike trails. The owner responded right away with any questions that we had. This is definitely a contender for a return trip. Thank you for a fabulous trip!

Nice condo close to beach and town

Nice clean updated condo close to the beach and town. The only 2 drawbacks were, no dishwasher and only YouTube tv in the living room. But overall very nice and me and my wife would stay here again to have a laid back getaway. Amazing beach sunsets about 1 block away. Owner seemed very nice and responsive when messaging.

Perfect location, one block from the beach, also close to the beautiful downtown. Nice and comfortable appartment. We had a problem with the a/c, we called the owner and in less than an hour it was resolved. We would rent again.
