This charming apartment is located on the second floor of a cozy private Palazzetto with a private stairs. The property has been recently restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning and wooden plank floor. It consists of entrance hall, living area with open plan kitchen, four elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twins. The living area consists of a dining area with table for 8 and a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwaves. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment are a perfect combination of Italian styles from the past and the present. The rooms create a personal and unique atmosphere. The apartment also features two bathrooms with shower, in one there is a washing machine with a typical Venetian clothesline outside the window. The apartment is also equipped with the following amenities: satellite plasma TV, WI-FI, cot for babies, linen and final cleaning.

The property was amazing. The host was super. They assisted with transportation and reservations and gave lots of restaurant recommendations. Great Location

We stayed for 2 nights. The hosts were great - they set up water taxi's for us and had a bunch of dinner recommendations. They met us at the house to go over a bunch of information about the apartment. It's a great location - very walkable to many spots that are worth visiting!

Love this Venice home

We loved that Carlo met us at the train station as it was our first time visiting Venice. He and Maria arranged a private water taxi. Carlo then brought us to the house and told us great places to go and see. After that he gave us a mini tour of the area. The house was clean, comfortable and everything pictured. It was so nice to have air conditioning after the hot summer days. Restaurants, shops and sites are all close. We would stay here again 100%.

Fabulous property with lots charm and helpful hosts

First of all, the hosts were incredible. They scheduled a water taxi twice for us - once from the train station to the property and once at the end from the property to the airport. We were unexpectedly greeted at the train station by our host who kindly helped us navigate the water taxi and escorted us to the property. He then spent many minutes explaining the city and marked special places on a map. These acts of kindness made our trip so much easier, as it was our first time visiting the city. The property itself was very spacious and had the necessary amenities. The windows were very charming with shutters you could open and close for extra privacy. The location was terrific - within a 10-15 minute walk to all the main attractions. Thanks for a wonderful visit to Venice!

Fantastic family experience

Just what we needed for our brief stop in Venice. The apartment is in a fantastic location for excursions around Venice, and the size/layout comfortably supported our family of 6. The hosts were very communicative throughout the booking processes, and helped us to map out a plan to make the most out of our short time in Venice.

Perfect Location

Carlo and Maria were amazing to work with. They were responsive and helpful prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. We greatly appreciated their help booking transport to and from the airport. Amazing home

Everything was perfect. From the initial booking to the checkout Maria and her son were great. Her son met us at the boat and walked us to the home and showed us how to use everything. Also, She text us a great list restaurant recommendations. They helped book water taxis multiple times, one time very late at night when my sisters flight was delayed by hours. Maria frequently communicated with us leading up to our stay and was very responsive. Will definitely recommend

Excellent, apartment and host are wonderful!

The apt is as described. Centrally located and great for our group of 7. Very quiet area street. Ac in all rooms. Even better is the host family. Helped us arrange water taxis to and from and their son met us at the drop off. They gave great recommendations for dinners, sights and gelato :). We would to stay here again if we come back to Venice.

Wonderful hosts!

Maria arranged for water taxi to pick us up at the airport and drop us in Venice where we were led to our apartment only 2 minutes away! They also arranged a water taxi to take us to meet our tour guide upon departure. Had an excellent dinner one night based on their recommendation!

Great location & space

The location of this property is very centrally located with plenty of space. The 4 bedrooms are large, the bathrooms are updated and beautiful, and the kitchen is equipped well. The hosts were informative & easy to communicate with. There are 2 flights of steps to get into the apartment though so something to think about before booking. Otherwise a great place!

He then gave us a run down of Venice and showed us where a few things were. They responded quickly to all my questions. The location was great and the apartment was real nice! It’s updated enough to be comfortable for us US visitors. It was so cool staying in an authentic Venice home. The location was PERFECT! The hosts were so nice. The husband greeted us at the water taxi that they booked for us and he walked us to the home and explained on a map all the great things to do! They also booked our water taxi back to airport. Great hosts, great location, cool home….highly recommend!
