The living area is elegantly divided into a dining room and a spacious lounge with sofas and armchairs, comfortably seating up to eight people. The kitchen opens onto the dining area.



The terrace is spacious and very private, overlooking a canal and the historic walls of the Arsenale. It provides an additional dining space as well as a perfect spot to sunbathe or relax with a book in total privacy.



The Neighborhood:

The building is just steps away from the famous Church of San Pietro di Castello, which was the seat of the Patriarchate of Venice until 1807. The area is peaceful and off the beaten tourist path, yet still authentically Venetian. St. Mark’s Square is just a 15-minute walk away, while Via Garibaldi and the Biennale Gardens can be reached in only 5 minutes.



Ca’ Barbarina is divided into two separate apartments that can be rented together. They are independent units connected by an internal staircase, making them perfect for larger groups or families traveling together.
