The apartment features two entrances: one from the public street and the other exclusively from the waterway. This allows you to arrive directly at the apartment by water taxi. The loft was once an old marble workshop, later converted into a residence with all modern amenities. The double-height space lends a sense of grandeur and showcases the antique wooden truss ceiling. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the guest bedroom has an exposed ceiling and shares the nearby guest bathroom.
