The apartment features a spacious living area connected to a stylish, fully equipped kitchen via a light, open staircase. A striking Neptune motif from Wall&Decò adds a unique design touch. Tucked behind the kitchen is the serene master bedroom, complete with a comfortable king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The apartment spans approximately 80 square meters and is fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer, gas stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player and sound system.



Ideally located in the eastern part of Cannaregio, just steps from the Ca’ d’Oro vaporetto stop, the apartment offers excellent connectivity. Piazzale Roma and the train station are less than 10 minutes away by boat, while the airport can be reached in under 20 minutes by private water taxi. Nearby, you’ll find the vibrant Rialto Market and the iconic Rialto Bridge, with St. Mark’s Square just a pleasant 20-minute walk away.



This apartment is especially well-suited for couples seeking a romantic getaway, whether for a short break or an extended stay. Please note that Sagredo A is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or with children under 12 years old, and bookings with younger guests cannot be accepted.





Additional Rules & Information



•A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.



•Tourist tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.



•The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page.



•Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.



•Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.



•Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



•Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 late check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



•No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.



•Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



•Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.



•After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.



•Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of €80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
