    Which entrance hall opens into a large living room where the windows have a fantastic overlooking the Grand Canal and two bedrooms with own bathroom; a double bedroom with overlooking the Grand Canal and one with twin beds (is possible to have one double bed) with beautiful views of the garden of the Guggenheim Foundation.
    A scenographic staircase leads to the second floor where there is the kitchen, a twin bedroom and one service bathroom.
    The staircase continues on the tower Which offers a breathtaking view over the city, with table for breakfast and dining.

Highly recommended

Location is wonderful and the flat has a very interesting history. The layout of the property is unique and could be challenging for larger guests but we really enjoyed it.

Wonderful Stay

Monica is fantastic. She took all the stress out of traveling to the apartment and checking in. The apartment is roomy with outstanding views of the Grand Canal. We are very pleased with this VRBO experience and we would stay here again.

Can't go wrong staying here

Superb location and the apartment is well maintained. The views are extraordinary. Easy walk to everything. Numerous restaurants nearby. The host is most helpful & accessible.

Loved our stay at this property!

We loved our stay at this property - the Dorsoduro district was lovely, we used the cupola room a ton for hanging out and meals, the apartment had everything that we needed (washing machine, dryer, kitchen supplies, etc.), and I can't recommend this apartment enough. It was lovely!

Wonderful visit!

We most enjoyed the great and convenient neighborhood—not jammed with tourists but one Vaporetto stop to the Doge’s Palace! Great view of Grand Canal from the cupola, and everything went smoothly. Thanks Monica!

Spectacular Grand Canal View

Start to finish this property and it’s owner we’re magnificent. Charming in every way. To sit in the tower with a glass of wine watching the boat traffic on the canal was a great pastime. Location is so great as it is tucked away from the crowds and every convenience is a short walk away. Thank you Monica!

Amazon view

Amazing views and Monica is fantastic. She met us by the water taxi doc and spent an hour going over the restaurants, places to visit, transportation and overall sightseeing. The property was quite large but the best part is eagle nest kitchen area. Wow!!! The views of the Grand Canal are incredible. We spent the New Years Eve watching the fireworks!!!!

Amazing views and apartment

We cannot say enough positive about Monica and her apartment. Monica was excellent to work with and did a great job communicating with us throughout the booking. The apartment itself is amazing; the photos, while accurate, do not do justice to the views. The location is excellent -- just a quick walk to your choice of two vaporetto stops or the Accademia bridge. The setup was perfect for our family: we (me and my partner) took the master bedroom overlooking the grand canal, and we truly loved waking up to that view every day. Our teenage daughter adored the room overlooking the gardens. And our preteen daughter loved having her own space upstairs with the smaller bathroom. We all spent a TON of time up in the "tower," eating our meals there and watching the world go by on the canal. We would all highly recommend Monica and her apartment for your Venice stay.

Wonderful apartment on the Grand Canal next to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Super clean. Comfy beds. Excellent penthouse perch overlooking the canal. Responsive host. Enjoyed the stay here!

Super great location with many things nearby. Great views of the grand canal especially from the super awesome breakfast tower. Lots of space to spread out on multiple levels. We had a great time here in Venice

Grand Canal apartment

Renting was easy but a situation did develop about a week before our arrival that the owner could not rectify. She gave us a discount which helped but it did impact our enjoyment of the property.

Perfectly beautiful

This was my family’s favorite VRBO that we stayed at on our tour of Italy (out of 5 total)! We loved the authenticity of the historic structure and the location was perfect. We absolutely loved spending mornings and evenings up in the cupola together to have coffee and talk about our day. My 5’5” 16 year old stayed in the smallest room/area, the attic, and did not feel it was too small but rather enjoyed having the floor to herself. The hospitality shown to us by the host (with her recommendations as well as sending back my daughters AirPods that she forgot there) were unparalleled. Thank you for an absolutely perfect stay in Venice!

Traumhafte Wohnung

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und es sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Der Ausblick aus dem “Esszimmer” am Dach ist phänomenal ❤️

Our family of 5 loved staying at Monica's place. Great location ever so slightly away from the mad crowds, right on the canal and the edge of the gorgeous Guggenheim garden.
