Double room and small room but with the possibility of a second comfortable bed.

The Cannaregio district, north-western part of Venice, extends from the Grand Canal to the Lagoon. It is a part of the city still densely populated today. The district is historically divided into two parts. An older one that overlooks the Grand Canal with its palaces, and the other more recent (especially the 600-700) most popular.

Great Apartment

Massimo is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. He made sure the house was set up with everything I may have needed. The house itself was comfortable, everything in it worked, and it was really close to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was quiet and compared to some other spots in Venice. I would stay here again.

Clean and accommodating

We had a lovely stay in Cannaregio. Massimo was very helpful with clear directions and suggestions for our stay. The area was quiet at night time but close to everything. We had all we needed for our stay. The second bedroom was a little tight for two adults but we knew that from the photos. Thank you Massimo

Tout était parfait. Massimo nous a donné les informations bien avant pour organiser notre arrivée en voiture et nous garer de façon à rejoindre l'appartement le plus facilement possible. Venice Gem

This property was a great home base for our visit to Venice. Massimo is an absolutely wonderful host! The communication was great and timely. He provided recommendations for places to eat, things to do/see and when we arrived to a foggy night, he actively communicated different options to reach the location due to several lines of the Vaporetto not running. The property was very clean and met all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

The stay is very close to ACTV (vaporetto) as well as the Alilaguna stops, I believe it was a 6 minute walk from the apartment. This system made it easy for us to see much of Venice. If you prefer walking it was about a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment had a great kitchen that made it possible to make meals there, and a coffee pot. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice. Added bonus was looking at the canal out of the window and seeing the occasional boat coast by.

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung im Herzen Venedigs

Wir waren knapp eine Woche bei Massimo in seinem Apartment. Der Kontakt war super, es war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Apartments ist klasse. Keine 10 Minuten von der Rialto-Brücke oder dem Markusplatz entfernt. Aber das Beste war der Blick auf den kleinen Kanal, direkt vor dem Haus. Wirklich toll. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Es war ein herausragender Urlaub.

Perfect host. Well equipped little apartment.

Massimo was a superb, friendly host. His communications (in excellent English) were great, and he responded quickly. He gave helpful recommendations for travel, sightseeing and restaurants. The flat is on the third floor and stairs would be awkward for people with mobility problems. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Not a particularly scenic immediate locale, but well placed to access nearby canals and piazzas, cafes, bars and Osterias. Quiet neighbourhood, but only 15 minutes from busy tourist spots. Just 10 minutes from Fuondamente Nuove and Ospidale to catch vaporetti or Alilaguna boats.

Merci Massimo pour votre acceuil, vos renseignements et votre disponibilité. Ce gîte est bien placé pour visiter Venise, à pieds ou à l'aide des vaporettos. Nous avons découvert le Venise des Véniciens, le Venise historique et la gentillesse des habitants.. Logement propre, confortable, lumineux avec l'équipement nécessaire pour les petits déjeuners et des repas légers. La clim. est la bienvenue.

Komfortabler Ausgangspunkt um Venedig zu erkunden

Es war bereits unser 3. Venedig Besuch und diesmal waren wir volle 10 Tage da. Wir sind mit 2 Kindern (5 und 10) hier gewesen.Die Unterkunft ist die beste die wir in Venedig bisher hatten. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer (großes Doppel- 2 Einzelbetten), eine Wohnküche und ein kleines Bad. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber absolut in Ordnung und es war sehr sauber.Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden und hat funktioniert. Voll ausgestattet Küche (incl. einigen Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee, Spülmittel usw.), Klimaanlage, reichlich Handtücher, sogar echtes schnelles Internet (statt des sonst so häufigen mobile Hotspots).Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Etwas abseits der Hotspots in einer ruhigen Gasse, direkt an einem kleinen Kanal. In bequemen 2-10 Minuten erreicht man aber ein Dutzend Restaurants in allen Preisklassen, 3 Supermärkte und die nächste Vaporetto Station.Nicht zuletzt möchten wir Massimo und Daniela danken! Sie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar haben uns sehr geholfen und waren super freundlich.Massimo hatte uns schon vorab mit einigen Tips versorgt. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt nochmal schöner und entspannter gemacht.Wenn wir das nächste mal in Venedig sind werden wir als erstes schauen ob Massimos Wohnung noch frei ist.Mille Grazie!

Massimo gave us a lot of good tips on how to see Venice, which made our trip even better than what we expected. He knows his way around the city and what is worth to see and the best time of day to see it. The apartment was also perfect for us as a friend group of four.
