The recently renovated apartment features a new kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and two bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds.

The kitchen has a smart TV connected to the home Wi-Fi, and the apartment also has air conditioning.

The apartment is located on the second floor and has a terrace overlooking greenery in a very quiet part of the city.
