We offer this charming 90 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Vendres, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a 38 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 350 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 38 m² living room with TV, sofa...
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer...
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: bedroom with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Laundry room

Additional equipment: gas hob, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, unheated 6mx3m swimming pool, open from early May to late October, secured by a bar cover with furniture, a large aluminum table and 6 garden chairs.
- A beautiful 350 m² garden enclosed by a 1m80 privacy screen, with garden furniture.
- A (7.60mx3m) terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days (4 deckchairs, 3 sun loungers, 2 coffee tables, another small teak garden set (1 round table, 2 chairs), a 4.50mx3m awning, and 1 gas barbecue.

The house is ideally located in Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Just 7 kilometers away, and accessible by bike or on foot via footpaths, are the large beaches, the port of Chichoulet and its seafood restaurants.
- Walking trails along the lake, 150 m from the house.
- Local farmers' markets (some at night).
- Just a few steps away, nature and a splendid view over the Vendres lake,
- Guided nature walks are available in July and August from the Etang de Vendres, a site protected for its flora and fauna, a remarkable natural heritage, here's the link https://www.tourismeendomitienne.com
- Boules pitch in the village center
- For excursions, attractions and visits in the surrounding area: the city of Béziers (superb architecture), the Canal du Midi, the Massif de la Clape, the Minervois villages, the Haut Languedoc, etc...
-Several hiking routes to the Massif de la Clape (17 km away), the banks of the Canal du Midi and the Haut Languedoc.
- Canoeing and paddle-boarding on the Orb at Sérignan (5.4 km away).
- The Chichoulet beach 7.9 km away by car, with ample parking, and 6.8 km away by bike or on foot along nature trails bordering the Etang de Vendres, with its magnificent views.
- Orpelières natural beach (listed natural site) 11 km away by car, 10 km by bike with ferry crossing of the Orb.

- Car: you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
- Nearest train station: Béziers train and bus station 11 km away.
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport 20 km away.

- For your comfort, mosquito nets have been installed in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. Please book linen at least 48 hours in advance.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.

Calm and relaxing

The property is in a quiet residential area. Very friendly neighbour opposite. It has all you need. The kitchen is well equipped.Good Size pool. Everything was clean except for the barbecue utensils, therefore only 4 for cleanliness. The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on. Shopping and beach within relatively short distance. Communication with manager was good - prompt response. Overall a good place
