Room was clean and very comfortable. I didn’t use any facilities in the hotel. Stayed there as I was attending a concert at the O2 Arena next door, literally next door - a minute’s walk. Perfect place to stay if you have an event there.

This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early". Tudo estava muito limpo. E o quarto é excelente. A localização tbm é mto boa, próxima ao metro. Tem lava louças, porém, poderia ter itens básicos como uma bucha, um detergente e um pano de prato. Uma cafeteira tbm facilitaria. Mas são detalhes.
