  • The 1.5 room holiday flat Sundroina Prada is situated in a beautiful, quiet, sunny and central location. You can reach the shops and the post office in 10 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop for the free sports bus at the post office, which takes you to the access points to the ski area. The main street with its shops and numerous restaurants invites you to take a leisurely stroll and shop and offers culinary delights for every taste.

    Lenzerheide also has plenty to offer cross-country skiing enthusiasts: the cross-country skiing network in the Lenzerheide holiday region stretches from Lantsch/Lenz to Parpan and has been recognised as one of the best areas in Switzerland by the umbrella organisation Loipen Schweiz.

    In summer, the Heidsee lake with its water sports centre and its unique sandy beach with children's adventure area invites you to linger and enjoy an active summer holiday.

    The newly renovated flat has a living-dining room, a modern kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. The flat offers space for 2 people.

    The holiday flat is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the Grisons mountains. The flat is modernly furnished, a cosy seating area and sofa invite you to relax after an eventful day. In the very well-equipped kitchen - naturally with dishwasher, oven and coffee machine - you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cosy evenings. The holiday flat has a separate bathroom with shower and WC. You can park your car free of charge in the underground car park.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Bijou mitten im Dorf

Schön, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Mit Liebe zum Detail. Top Lage im Dorf und trotzdem ruhig. Spar Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es wäre nett, wenn bei der Ankunft Toilettenpapier vorhanden wäre.

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir uns für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gewünscht haben. Die Einrichtung ist neu, geschmackvoll und von sehr guter Qualität . Wir haben die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage sehr geschätzt. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit Kamin

In der hellen, freundlichen und modern eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ruhe, das abendliche Feuer im Kamin und die Ausstattung mit allem, was wir uns für erholsame Tage gewünscht haben, konnten wir jeden Tag genießen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Perfect place to stay in Lenzerheide

The apartment is perfectly prepared for a stay for two people (or 4 as there was a huge sofa bed of very high quality) in a wonderful town amongst breathtaking scenery. Although the apartment is in a building that appears a little tired and dated, the accommodation itself seems recently renovated. The quality of the fittings and furniture is very high and thoughtfully designed. The apartment was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. I really appreciated that we could also check into the apartment early and get more out of the travel day. We had everything we needed for our 8 night stay, and were able to cook meals comfortably with the equipment provided. I was so comfortable in the place that I really didn't want to leave and sat in the evenings imagining it was mine forever :). The supermarket is really close by, just 200 meters from the door and is well-stocked. The staff were lovely too, very friendly and helpful. The Heidesee, just 8 minutes to get there on our bikes, was an added bonus, it's beautiful, and my son loved the chance to swim in the Lido, whilst I cooked some sausages on the large shared barbecue for lake visitors. We also played basketball and table tennis there. In the town center we were able to play a little football on a full-sized artificial football pitch, and make new friends in the process. Did I mention how friendly the Swiss are ). In summary, we had a wonderful 9 days in the mountains, biking, hiking, playing sports and swimming. I would suggest putting 1 or 2 smaller cooking pots in the cupboard, as the ones there were quite large when only cooking for two. We had a sandwich toaster that we used every day, but I would have also liked a regular bread toaster.
