Partially renovated house in 2025. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs with 11 beds. The house, located in a quiet cul-de-sac on a 500 square meter plot, is 5 minutes from the forest and 20 minutes from the Seine. The entrances and parking area are monitored by camera. Large, spacious living room with an equatorial rainforest theme. The Océane Sous Bois and Voyage rooms can be offered with a king-size bed or two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The house will be partially renovated in January/February 2025. The very quiet area does not allow for the organization of events; therefore, no music is permitted in the garden, and guests are asked to respect silence from 10 pm to 8 am. The entrances are monitored by camera. Please note that access to the first floor bathroom is through the Sous Bois room. The garden furniture is set up for the warmer months. Please do not move the indoor furniture outside.
