Stylishly renovated A-frame.
Located steps from the north end ferries. Walk or bike from downtown Seattle via water taxi or west Seattle auto ferry.
Brand new kitchen with Wolf range/oven, bathrooms and wood floors throughout. Wrap around deck with beautiful views of the puget sound, North Cascades, and the Iconic Space Needle. Bedrooms equipped with cozy sheets and memory foam mattresses. TV room in basement, plus bar, ping pong, darts and fooze ball table in the game room.
Bunk beds are located on the basement level. Private fenced in backyard. 7 minute ride to town, restaurants, bars and shops.

Great space for a ladies’ weekend! Everything was super clean and the layout worked well. The kitchen is quite small but it wasn’t a problem for us since we weren’t cooking much. The water in the shower downstairs never did heat up, but there are two other showers. To be fair, we didn’t let the manager know about that until after we left. Overall, we’d stay again!

Welcoming host. Beautiful house in great condition. Warm and cheery gas fireplace/freestanding stove and huge window in the large room with a great view of Puget Sound and Seattle. Deck would be very pleasant in warm weather.

Great Vashon Getaway

We stayed at the A-Frame for a long weekend getaway for a family wedding on Vashon and this home was perfect. We were two families with school aged kids and our kids loved the game room and the adults loved the outdoor space and living room with a view. This home is super close to the ferry and a short drive into town. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked and was situated on a quiet, peaceful street, making it the perfect location for a relaxing retreat! Between the lovely view of Pudget Sound from the porch and loft, the great collection of books, and the game room with ping pong, darts, and foosball, the home was fully equipped for R&R and fun. It's conveniently located within walking distance from the Vashon Island Ferry Dock and is just a 5 minute drive to downtown Vashon. Alix was so responsive and kind throughout our stay. We would definitely come back to stay at the A-frame and have already recommended it to family and friends!

Quiet visit on Vashon Island

Had a relaxing stay in the A Frame. The view was amazing and we enjoyed our time sitting on the front porch watching the water and Seattle in the distance. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the ferry.

Quiet retreat with out of town friends.

Lovely home with fantastic view in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed a great PNW get away with our out of town friends. Space was perfect for 3 couples. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with tasty island treats, exploring the islands beauty and many great choices for dinner in the town just a short drive away from this home. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. Appreciated the island coffee left for us!

Beautiful, fun, and relaxing

Magical Vashon Island Getaway

We had such a wonderful few days at the A-frame. Alix was a very communicative and gracious host. The house exceeded our expectations. All of the artistic touches, cozy bedding, and super comfortable mattresses. A full bathroom on each floor. We loved being able to enjoy some adult time watching the sunset on the deck while the kids played in the game room downstairs or watched a movie. The location to the ferry couldn’t have been better for a day excursion to Seattle and Pike Place Market. Vashon is truly a magical place and we can’t wait to come back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sparkling clean. Clearly it’s been newly lovingly renovated. Amazing for a family (but I’d love to bring my wife back for a quiet romantic stay) as it has levels where kids can play without adults even hearing them. A game room! Lots of space. Everything is new and well thought out. A nice view of the water and you can see a slice of Seattle off in the distance. A beautiful inviting porch to hang out on. A big yard. And Vashon is a very wonderful place to visit! Highly suggest this home and best of all it’s a true vacation rental and not someone’s home they occasionally rent out. Just perfect, our whole big family absolutely loved it.

Family get away

Quality time spent with grandparents and adult kids. Enough room for everyone - nice to have a bathroom on each level of the house. Extremely convenient to the ferry terminal and town. Beautiful views, comfortable beds and extremely kind and responsive hosts.

Awesome Vashon A frame

Great location close to ferry with ocean views. Decorated beautifully, natural, modern and new. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds and nice bedding. Three showers and bathrooms to accommodate a large family. We loved the gamesroom with ping pong, foosball, and darts. Super easy to take the ferry over to Fauntleroy then Uber into the city. Would stay again loved the peace and quiet!
