This is less than a mile from town so it's very convenient to pop into town for shopping, restaurants, and events. The field surrounding the tent was beautiful, whimsical, and gives a view of the Puget Sound. The tent was great and bed very comfortable. "We enjoyed going down to the beach and hiding from the rain drops under the willow tree ( in a hammock) ..walked to the lighthouse and enjoyed the park like setting of the estate. Felt like I was in a Pacific Northwest version of a Jane Austin novel . "

"If I could give it more stars, I would. This lovely cottage is clean and comfortable and offers everything you need to enjoy a waterfront experience. The views are spectacular and we saw all kinds of wildlife right from the deck. An eagle, otters, seals, dolphins, herons and more. Amazing. We hope to return someday."

"Lovely property! Check-in couldn’t be easier. You have a great kitchen to work with if you’re on a budget and need to cook. Wi-Fi is occasionally spotty but otherwise fine (you’re on an island after all!). Riding the ferry to and from the island is also really fun, especially for children.
