This bright apartment on the second floor of the building features an entryway with a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and an open-concept living area.

There are two double bedrooms, one of which also has a single bed; both are furnished with closets and ample storage space for clothes.
The living room features a double sofa bed.

Near the first bedroom is a small guest bathroom; at the end of the hallway is the second full bathroom, complete with a shower and bidet.

Going down the stairs, you can reach a small beach directly below the apartment, which provides
direct access to the lake.

1.VISIT TO VILLA MONASTERO

Next to Villa Cipressi stands the magnificent Villa Monastero.

This villa is a true gem of Lake Como and features a 2-kilometer-long botanical garden that runs along the entire length of the lake, offering spectacular panoramic views.

Today, the villa is considered a house-museum open to visitors from March through November

2.VISIT TO THE HISTORIC CENTER OF VARENNA

The center of Varenna is characterized by countless narrow streets lined with small shops where you can browse or enjoy the wonderful views of Lake Como, savor an excellent gelato, or have an aperitif with friends. A place full of life and waiting to be discovered...

3. LOVERS’ WALK

If you’re looking for an activity to do as a couple—or even on your own—the Lovers’ Walk might be just the thing for you.
A 350-meter path suspended above the lake that starts at the Varenna pier and leads to the town center, offering a 180° panoramic view of the lake.

5. VISIT TO VEZIO CASTLE

Vezio Castle stands on the promontory behind Varenna. This structure, dating back to the Middle Ages, was built in a strategically important military location as it offers a 360° view of the lake.
