This elegant two-room apartment is the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway on Lake Como, where you can relax in the private hot tub, dine outside while admiring the sunset and enjoy one of the most fascinating views of the lake.
The space
The apartment has recently been carefully renovated and offers modern and welcoming environments.
The sleeping area has a bright double bedroom with an open wardrobe and a comfortable armchair, ideal for a moment of relaxation.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: induction stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the essential utensils.
The bathroom, completely new, is equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet and washing machine, to ensure maximum comfort even during longer stays.
The terrace: the real protagonist
The strong point of the house is undoubtedly its magnificent panoramic terrace-garden with a breathtaking view of Lake Como.
Here you can:


relax in the private hot tub;


organize a barbecue with a barbecue;

It is a space designed to fully experience the beauty of Lake Como, away from the crowds and immersed in nature.
Important Information
The house is located in an elevated panoramic position. To reach it from the street it is necessary to climb 112 steps , equivalent to approximately a fifth floor without an elevator.
For this reason, the apartment may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or for those traveling with very heavy luggage.
The apartment does not have private parking, but there are several free public parking spaces nearby.
The area
Pino is a small and suggestive hamlet of Varenna, known for its tranquility and for its beautiful views of the lake. It is the ideal place for those who want to stay away from the most intense tourism without sacrificing the convenience of easily reaching the main attractions.
The historic center of Varenna is about 30-40 minutes away on foot , along a pleasant panoramic road. The Fiumelatte train station, on the other hand, is about 10-15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to easily reach Milan, Lecco and the other towns on the lake.
A few minutes from the house you will find two excellent restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine and local specialties. For supermarkets, bars, shops and other services, we recommend going to Varenna or nearby villages instead.

Varenna is one of the most fascinating villages on Lake Como, famous for its picturesque alleys, the romantic lakefront, the elegant historic villas and the authentic atmosphere that conquers visitors from all over the world.
From here you can easily explore Bellagio, Menaggio and the other places on the lake thanks to regular ferries, walk along the famous Passeggiata degli Innamorati, visit Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi or go on panoramic excursions through mountains and trails.
