Not in the mood to leave paradise? 205 High Dunes has everything you could need. Featuring a sophisticated home office, 2 laundry rooms, a breathtaking outdoor shower, and an elegant bar. On top of these amenities, the home has a mosquito misting system that sprays daily.

The spacious and high end master suite is located on the main floor overlooking the marsh and pool deck, the room features a huge walk-in closet with custom built-ins, a tv, and an on-suite bathroom. The sleek master bathroom features heated floors, a steam shower, a tub, and a separate toilet.

On the second floor enjoy a cozy coffee bar, media room, bunk room perfect for children or adults, and 3 king bedrooms. The playful bunk room includes two queen beds and two full beds with outlets by every bed. The bunk room is connected to an airy bathroom with a tub and a walk-in closet with a vanity. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a charming private balcony with a seating area. The second and third bedrooms have a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

Every room was designed with love, unique features, accents, and personality. 205 High Dunes is more than a home away from home, it's a vacation.

No smoking, no pets, and no events (including but not limited to wedding receptions/rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette groups, anything going over the 12 person max limit), no exceptions will be made. Screened porch fireplace is unavailable for guest use due to Town restrictions, please enjoy the indoor fireplaces! House does have exterior monitors for safety. Home is only available for week minimums, we are happy to host you for longer stays!

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive from the villa where you can have a carriage ride, visit boutique shops, walk through the open market, and enjoy dining in numerous restaurants located in the city.
