Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload Government ID. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform IDs, security deposits, and rental agreements.
A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
Quiet hours - 10pm-8am
We allow up to 2 dogs only with a $150 pet fee, must follow our dog policy.

Mail & Packages Policy
- For the security of our guests and the property, we are unable to accept mail or package deliveries at this address for any length of stay. We recommend arranging deliveries to a nearby pickup location or local postal service.

Pet Policy

This home allows up to 2 approved dogs weighing 50 pounds or less, with a $150 pet fee per approved dog.

All dogs, including service animals, must be pre-approved before arrival. Please note that certain breeds are restricted due to our insurance policy and may not be approved.

Service animals are always approved and are not subject to the pet fee, but guests traveling with a service animal must answer the required service animal questions.

Emotional Support Animals must complete the pet approval process and are subject to the pet fee.

ALL DOGS:
- Dogs cannot be left unattended in the home.
- Keep off all bedding: if your animal sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blankets. Animal are not allowed on our sheets/blankets.
-Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture.
- Keep on-leash on the property outside of the home at all times.
- Pick up your pet's waste and dispose in the outside container/dumpster only.
- Animals may not be bathed as this clogs the drains.
- Be considerate of neighbors and control barking, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- You are responsible for any damage caused by your animal.
- $150 PER APPROVED pet fee due upon booking.

-- This is a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet hours are strictly observed between 10pm and 8am.
-- Parking available for up to 3 vehicles on driveway and in front of house. The garage, however, is not accessible to guests. Absolutely no parking allowed in front of neighboring homes.
-- Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the property at any time. If unauthorized individuals enter the property, this WILL result in reservation being forfeited without refund. $40 per person, per night is charged for individuals in home that were not previously disclosed to Host.
--No smoking inside the property or the enclosed patio.
--Local guests must contact the host before booking. This is to prevent parties/gatherings/events at the property.
--No late check-out without prior approval (unauthorized late check-out fee of $300 will apply if guest is not checked out by 10am)
