  • Bring the whole family to this spacious 6 bedroom home where a 70's vibe meets modern luxury. This remodeled home has beds for 14 people. 3,600 square feet of living space includes a fully-stocked kitchen, sauna, hot tub, and game room, it's sure to have something to cater to everyone! The Evergreen Retreat is your family's home away from home while visiting the Pacific Northwest.

    • 6 twin-sized beds (2 sets of bunks beds and 2 regular twin beds)
    • Fully-stocked kitchen

    • Large backyard with porch that includes an outdoor dining table and an outdoor grill just off of the kitchen
    • High chair, pack-n-play with mattress and sheets

Our large group of family members loved staying here while we attended activities in east Portland. The house is great for large groups, lots of comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and areas to hang out. We especially enjoyed all the games including ping pong and pool. Host Vitaliy is quick with all communication from check in to answering a few questions during our stay. Everyone loved this spot!

My group and I loved our stay at the Evergreen Resort!! The house is extremely spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone. We loved the hot tub and the downstairs game area. Having the washing machine and dryer upstairs and downstairs was also extremely helpful! The host was wonderful and answered all questions quickly!

Family friendly getaway

The house was perfect for 3 families! Plenty of room, outdoor space, and activities! Location was perfectly situated outside of the city with Hayden Island shopping in the middle and Trader Joe’s down the street. We had a wonderful time.

Couples trip

Very clean, kitchen was well equipped, lots of room, location was great. Quiet neighborhood & centrally located for day trips to the shore, mountains, waterfalls, wine country & the city. Plenty of space to hang out with friends, but still have privacy when wanted. Would love to come back!

Always a great stay!

A great house with a great host! Vitaly is extremely responsive, the house is well stocked and the addition of the ping pong table in the garage was a big hit. We will be back!

Beautiful home

This property is great for a group. Plenty of room and in a safe area and nice neighborhood. Everything was clean. Host was very responsive with any questions asked.

Large, comfortable home for a big group

We had 10 friends stay here for a weekend and it was plenty spacious for all of us. Beds are comfortable, house is well stocked, and has tons of amenities (hot tub, large yard, sauna, BBQ fire pit, pool table, shuffle board, etc). Location is in a quiet neighborhood, but only a 20 minute drive to downtown Portland and very close to PDX airport.

Family Fun

We enjoyed the home and everything it had to offer. There was a lot of space and the game room area was enjoyed by all 9 of us. Just a short trip to Fred Meyers or Starbucks plus restaurants and shopping. The owner was easy to work with and answered any emails quickly.

When I would get update on the technicians they would have nothing but amazing things to say about the house. They really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub especially after a hard day's work to help them relax. We tried to stay here for longer, but the house was reserved already. We obviously understand why. when we get a chance to stay here again, we will for sure!

Nephew’s wedding

Eleven family members came from South Carolina to enjoy my nephew’s wedding. Home was perfect with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, and 2 laundry centers! I have never seen such a well-stocked home! Owner was very generous!! Lots of games for children as well as grown up activities. Highly recommend Evergreen Retrear in Vancouver!

Family Gathering for Memorial

This is a beautiful home and well decorated and maintained. Everything is beautiful and we all had a wonderful time. We were gathered for a sad reason but enjoyed that amenities and the opportunity to relax and laugh and enjoy each other. The location was convenient for traveling back and forth to Portland and was located in a clean, quiet neighborhood. Definitely a 5 star rating. The owner was an excellent communicator and checked in with us regularly. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Family Getaway

We rented this home for a family getaway. It's like two homes in one. Half the rooms are upstairs and half down stairs. There is a full kitchen upstairs and small kitchen downstairs with a full refrigerator and stove. Even tho it's two levels you can walk outside from both levels. There is plenty of room to enjoy togetherness yet having two levels gives you space to have alone time as well. If you plan on cooking your meals My only recommendation is you check to be sure what you may need prior to doing your shopping. This is a beautiful home. It's definitely a place we will consider for future trips.
