Bottom line is the property owners clearly care about it and took steps to ensure that the stay was a comfortable one, but there are a few details (that are often overlooked) that made the stay uncomfortable for a disabled party member.
Care has clearly been given to:
-Communicating with clients. The property came with a book sharing amenities, nearby activities, and contact information. That was helpful!
-Comfortable beds to sleep in.
-Providing a clean property filled with amenities to use. Well done and thank you!
-Great response to an inquiry emailed to them
-Setting up an absolutely gorgeous view on sunrise/sunset and lovely ambiance around the property.
A few opportunities for improvement:
-The couch was very uncomfortable for sitting. It sank big time, and was a struggle getting in and out of it for multiple people in my party. This was fixed by placing cushions on top of each other. The white covering was also frayed in several places. This being said, it was incredibly comfortable for napping!
-The master bath was a huge reason why we selected this place. Unfortunately the tub was unsafe going in/out of (no stability bars and everything got so slippery easily), and had several fruit flies in it. In addition, the walk in shower (one of us was disabled and brought a seated shower setup) only opens about 1/3 of the way in. This made it impossible for our disabled party member to bathe, as they struggled to enter the shower.
