The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom with a panoramic window and a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony, as well as a bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, bringing the total to 3 bedrooms throughout the villa.
