Thirty minutes away, treat yourself to a getaway to Lake Bourget, a large natural lake, for a swim, a cruise, or a visit to Aix-les-Bains. In a small, peaceful village of about sixty residents, welcome to La Boiserie de Fitignieu, an eco-friendly house made of solid spruce, completely self-sufficient in BEPOS energy. This 80m² eco-gîte has a separate entrance and is not overlooked. It is located on the first floor of the house. Take the exterior staircase to a 13m² balcony where you can enjoy the garden furniture. Upon entering the gîte, you'll find the kitchen, which opens onto the living room and a relaxation area equipped with a sofa bed and a sofa.
