House with a Garden in Provence

The house: 105m2, 3 bedrooms, 1 bed 180, 2 beds 90 (possibility of extra mattress for children); a bathroom with walk-in shower + bathtub.
Wifi, TV, Netflix, Prime Video.
Very quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac 3 minutes from all shops.
The garden: 2000m2, very wooded with pine forest and small river, closed parking.
Self-service vegetable garden.
The terrace: 40 m2, shaded, Weber barbecue, brazier and Hammock.
Located in the south of the Drôme Provençale, in the heart of a region rich in Roman remains, castles, gardens and many places to visit.
Our two cats live in the garden, like to cuddle but also know how to be discreet. On the other hand they are not dog friendly, which is why I cannot receive other animals.
This house is not available at night.
Evenings are not forbidden as long as the place and the neighborhood are respected.
The entire main level on the first floor (3 steps) is reserved for you, only the garage and the basement will not be accessible to you.
