The deck is large on the south side of the house with outdoor furniture and also runs along the front of the house with chairs and small tables to sit out and enjoy all the lake has to offer.
A private dock is included with ample space to tie up a couple boats, canoes or kayaks. Swimming is great right in front of the house as is the fishing. Fish can be caught right off the end of the dock. There is a yard between the lake and the house with a fire pit. 3 kayaks Are available for your use.
The house is located 6 miles from the Chewelah Casino, 10 miles from the town of Chewelah, 20 miles from 49 degrees North ski and snowboard area, 14 miles to the Chewelah Golf and Country Club's 27 hole course and 45 miles to Spokane. Some ice fishing in the winter. Hunting nearby.
