"The staff were super friendly and helpful. However upon arrival we arrived pretty late at 2a.m we went to our room and noticed the bathroom were gross , pubes in our shower and just disgusting. Then ourselves and our children were woken up multiple times throughout the night by the ac system which made loud knocking noises all night. When I went to the front desk they did help me and gave me a new room. So we transferred everything over to the new room for our second night. The room wasn’t any...
