We welcome you to Malta, but offering this amazing, duplex, fully equipped penthouse in the centre of the Capital City.

Our duplex, is second to none with a one of a kind terrace overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean views and access to our private terrace, available only for you!

Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, sofabed, Wi-Fi, and AC making it perfect for both long and short term.

The location is excellent, all within walking distance making your stay that much better.

Nestled in Malta's vibrant capital, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, making it the ideal base for exploring the rich history and lively atmosphere of Valletta.

Valletta is easily walkable, with most attractions just a few minutes apart. If you want to venture further, buses connect Valletta to all parts of Malta, with the central bus terminal nearby. Renting a car is an option for more flexibility, but parking in Valletta can be challenging. Taxis and ride-hailing apps like Bolt are also reliable for exploring the island. And for a truly unique experience, take a ferry to Sliema or the Three Cities, offering stunning views of the harbour along the way.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
