Our guest house, Mimosetta, renovated and completed in 2025, is a cozy retreat surrounded by nature, far from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city.

Set on 8,000 square meters of land, it offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the French Riviera and Liguria.

The house features a stylish open-plan living room with a modern kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a TV, while the bedroom has a double bed and a desk. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of Mimosetta, we have intentionally chosen not to place a TV in the bedroom. Our goal is to offer a space where guests can slow down, reconnect with nature, enjoy the silence, and truly unwind.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, free private parking, and a washing machine available at no charge.

There are two entrances: one through the main door and another through the sliding doors leading directly to the garden. Outside, you’ll find a spacious relaxation area with sofas, armchairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table—the ideal spot to enjoy the view and the surrounding nature.

Although surrounded by complete tranquility, Mimosetta is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the beaches and Bordighera, 15 minutes from Perinaldo, a charming medieval hilltop village known as the birthplace of astronomer Giovanni Domenico Cassini and home to an astronomical observatory, 30 minutes from Sanremo, and 30 minutes from Monte Carlo, making it an excellent base for exploring both the Italian and French Rivieras.

Far from artificial lights, the area is also perfect for enjoying the night sky and admiring the stars in complete tranquility. On clear nights, guests can enjoy some of the most beautiful stargazing opportunities in the area.

Every detail of Mimosetta has been designed to blend modern comfort with the peaceful charm of the surrounding countryside, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable stay.
