This charming luminous & spacious efficiently air-conditioned second floor studio apartment is located within a charming Valenciano recently listed historic building.

4 minutes walk to the city's *'most happening' cosmo' El Carmen - *especially during nocturnal hours. Approached via resplendent Torres de Serranos. Albeit studio's location is somewhat quieter. Its seawards orientation enjoys welcoming coastal breezes offering a welcome respite. Especially after exploring the Historic city with its narrow confined & during the warm summer months, invariably quite airless streets.

Fully equipped partially updated American style kitchen. Separate fully enclosed bathroom with modern fitments. Delightful living area with four large fully opening windows (2 floor - ceiling) French style with full shutters.. Two with small balconies, which all have extremely pleasant outlooks, three enjoy outlooks over a charming leafy Convent's garden - allowing sunshine morning to late afternoon. Also access to semi-communal rooftop 16m2 terrace with charming inner city aspects. Sony micro HiFi stereo system for plug-in music streamers - best H.D sound with iPad - & no buffering! Flat screen TV, DVD player etc.

Mega powerful 4.5 Kw reverse cycle air-conditioner replaced 2024 - N.B; many similar apartments invariably offer undersized 2.5 Kw unit's - i.e; they'll take twice as long & necessitate 'maximum' setting to have any desired cooling effect! In particular those with higher ceilings.

All major motorway connections ie; Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante etc easily accessed within 10 mins via A7 & CV 35 - Easy with GPS.

Young children €2. Go for the day with a picnic. Excellent silver service standard albeit understated terraced restaurant overlooks it. Tip; Menu del dia - good value.

Valencia's finest gardens and museums which you can access readily in just 4 mins via the 'rio de cultura' City's 9km impressive Turia river gardens.

Europe's largest Bio-park for over 1000 different species in a natural setting. Easily accessed by metro within 20 mins or walk/cycle through the delightful Turia river gardens either 10 mins bike or 40 mins walk.

Beaches: Malvorossa city beach & quirky charming barrio of Cabanyal. Blue Flag bathing and a broad fine sandy beach with an excellent choice of nearby restaurants/bars. Smart terraced cafes/restaurants and cocktail/tapas bars abound the Marinas. Mediterranean city living doesn't get much better with its easy accessibility. Its excellent value and with a myriad of subtle attractions etc

El Saler glorious fine sandy beach continuing onwards as far as the eye can see with duned backdrops, scented Pines and great cycle tracks weaving throughout. Fantastic for skaters/skate borders. 'Bus-it' easily from Plaza Reina for a couple of euros @ just 10 mins walk away.

Vijf dagen Valencia in een prima appartement, goed, schoon en compleet ingericht. Snelle communicatie met de eigenaar. Dicht bij het mooie centrum, een heerlijke week in een prachtige en vriendelijke stad met heerlijk eten

Nasz noworoczny pobyt w Walencji, choć zimową porą, okazał się fantastycznym urlopem. Apartament jest absolutnie cudowny - czyściutki, zadbany, urządzony ze smakiem, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzeba. Co najważniejsze - wszystko wysokiej jakości i sprawne(!). Usytuowany jest bardzo korzystnie i jeśli tylko ktoś chce poznać dobrze miasto, to w każdą stronę ma dość blisko, a jesli nie lubi spacerować, to tuż przed domem ma przystanek autobusowy. Blisko sklepy i restauracje. Wspaniała była też osoba, która nas w tym apartamencie powitała - ciepła, życzliwa, uczynna i bardzo chętna do pomocy. Pablo! wielkie dzięki za wszystko! Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem mieszkania - David, dziękujemy! To daje ogromne poczucie bezpieczeństwa w tych zwariowanych czasach. Choć dziś wrócilismy z naszego urlopu, już marzy nam sie następny pobyt w Walencji i bedzie nam bardzo miło, jeśli znowu będziemy mogli zamieszkać w tym samym miejscu :)

Accurately described and pleasant. Lots of hot water, towels. Great location, easy walk to old city and tram to beach. Consum coop grocery close by as was a gym where you could pay per use. Excellent pizza on the street. Highly recommended

David could not have made our stay more pleasant. From the booking process to our departure. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Location was the best, literally a few minutes walk from the old town. Great stay, thank you David.

Only stay here if you want to be yelled at by the owner. The owner yelled at us because the Taxi from the train station dropped us off a half block away. He was yelling at me on the phone and kept yelling from the minute we saw him. I have never been treated that way by any owner and we have travelled 47 countries. We did not stay due to feeling threaten by this man.

Top accommodation. 100% recommendation. Very good contact with the landlord. Accommodation has everything you need. Well located, just a few minutes to the city center, public transport and shopping. I stayed here for one week. Everything is as pictured. Walking distance to old town. There is a bus stop right in front of the building. Three blocks from the Sagunt Tram stop. The apartment is well stocked. Very clean. It is a studio apartment, which is great for a solo traveler or couple. There is several restaurants and grocery stores within the area. David the host is excellent with communication via whatsapp. Valencia is a beautiful city with tons to offer. I hated to leave. Thanks David.

Les points positifs de l’appartement sont l’emplacement situé à côté du poumon vert de Valencia (La Turia) et notamment de la porte de Serranos qui est aussi l’entrée nord de la vieille ville. Il y a des commerces à proximité pour l’alimentaire et les restaurants proches. L’appartement n’est pas immense mais suffisant pour 3 : attention pas de pièce séparée c’est bien un studio, on dort dans la même pièce et on y cuisine/mange également. Il y a ce qu’il faut c’est bien sans être exceptionnel (une douche, un lave-linge mais pas de lave-vaisselle, une cuisine avec les éléments de base : four, plaques, …). L’appartement n’est ancien avec ses petits inconvénients (normes électriques, ventilation bruyante) mais le principal souci, cela semble courant en Espagne, c’est l’assonorisation : on étant fortement les bruits dans l’immeuble et dans la rue. Au final cela reste un bon logement, surtout de part sa localisation excellente, mais pas d’une qualité non plus exceptionnelle. La ville de Valencia est très jolie : notamment la vieille ville et la cité des arts et sciences, sans oublier son mythique marathon début décembre (raison de mon voyage).

This is a lovely, bright apartment, close to everything. You can walk to the old city, bike the nearby park and take one bus to get to the beach. We loved our time in Valencia! David was a great host, easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren 3 Wochen lang in Valencia in dem Apartment. Das Bett war super bequem, konnte sehr gut schlafen trotzt der Klimaanlage. Das Bad ist auch OK, die Utensilien in der Küche sind ausreichend, die Waschmaschine war top!

Sunny, breezy studio with lots of light. Kitchen equipped for cooking. Convenient location walking distance to the centro, bus and tram stops close by. Easy check in and out. Some street noise but where isn't there street noise in Spain?

Der Empfang war sehr nett, die Wohnung auch. Sie liegt günstig und ist praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet. Nur die Sauberkeit , vor allem in der Küche ließ leider zu wünschen übrig.
