To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
1. In order to access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in form and add payment methods for deposit in Guest Portal. Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, the deposit will be released within a few days.
2. The deposit may be used to cover any possible damage to the property, for unauthorised additional guests and unusual consumption of utilities.(charging electric car, leaving the air conditioner on, etc.)
3. Charging electric cars using the property`s electricity is not allowed.
4. Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you let us know your arrival and departure time.
5. The customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure that you have received and understood the instructions.
6. Less than 7 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.
7. One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests.
8. The duvet covers are to be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
9. The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage.
10. Between 10pm and 9am are the quiet hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.
11. Parties are forbidden.
12. Pets are forbidden.
13. Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.
14. Additional person fee is 40 Euros per night per person, plus 15% commission that could be charged through the deposit.
15. Total cleaning service fee is 80 Euros plus 15% commission.
16. Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantities and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc.
17. If you require an invoice please let us know before your stay has been completed with the details to be able to modify the invoice.
18. Please put the trash in the trash containers on the street.
19. On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you.
