"Am giving yhis a very low rateing of 2 stars. I payed £130 for a room breakfast and use of pool. Put on arrival i got told pool and sauna is not included to which i had tp pay exter £10 each. The pool and the spa was cold The steam room stayed on for 5min then went off for 10min as it was on a timer we then had to pay extra for breakfast This is not clealy showing on there site as you pay for just room only. when i booked myself in at the desk the afternoon staff at the desk were very helpful....

"I'm afraid that we're extremely disappointed with the state if this property. It smells of damp and water ingress everywhere, with stains and skirting hanging off, there's an overpowering smell and generally uncleandownstairs bedroom. I'm not sure how you can charge for this. "

"Perfect location to explore the area. We were there for the Llangollen Round - a 35 mile event - and it was the perfect place to begin. We had an amazing outdoor space which we used all the time as the weather was kind to us. We ate outside too as there wasn't a table for 4 accessible without having to move furniture about in the lounge. "A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. The bar and restaurant were really well set out and the decor created a nice homely feel, very relaxing. The food was perfect, good portion sized, nicely presented and really good quality.
