"Cannot fault this hotel. Brilliant staff, friendly helpful, couldn't be more accommodating. Indoor pool super open until 9pm. I was here on my own in December for a pre Christmas holiday in sun and felt totally safe. Walkable along promenade to old town. Would be back again! "

"Fabulous old palace containing the bar, restaurant and lounge areas, whilst the rooms are in a modern new wing decorated with interesting modern art. Appreciated the tray of crackers, cheeses and cold cuts that were waiting for us in the room. Comfortable room, fantastic view. Good btreakfast and lovely helpful staff."

The staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast is first class (and they were very accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions) Dinner at Aladin Grill was one to remember. We enjoyed the walks and hikes, yes we needed a car to go to some places, but was everything within one hour of driving."

"The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space. The location of the hotel is also convenient for walking to the beach and nightlife. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Great option for a stay in...
