The house was pretty clean only one small issue but nothing major. The beds were not as comfortable as I would've liked and the house is small, but it was fine for us. I usually cook a but this trip I did not, the oven wouldn't work for us and only 1 of the big burners worked but not a problem if you aren't going to cook much. Overall, the house was fine for us it met our needs and was clean which is a big deal for me.

Needs upgrades

Its a nice house big enough for our family since we brought our own air mattresses. The futon they consider a bed is definitely not. Its extremely hard to sit on more less to try and sleep on it. The dryer also needs to be fixed, it took 3 times to dry 1 load of laundry and it extremely load the first 10 minutes its on. The faucet it the kitchen also makes a load noise.

Easy location.

The girls in the two front bedrooms, said the beds uncomfortable. The very 1st had an annoying bed cover, and 2nd front bed room said a mattress topper may make it better. Also the kitchen silverware were tiny & lacking. Ok for snacking but not for a meal. Otherwise adequate.

Perfect for our weekend vacation.

The house was cozy and clean. The neighborhood was clean. The only blip in the stay was a vehicle or two playing music loudly on the main road. There is also a train nearby. But the noises were not too late. It was just later than when we go to bed. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. So, no real complaints. The manager, Orlando, was awesome and came right away to let us in when I couldn't get the code for the lock to work.

Cute House but

I debated about leaving a review but since I did not receive a response from owner after check out I felt I needed too. When we arrived the AC was not working. We messaged the owner and at 10pm at night he got a tech to come out and service it. That was awesome!! The cleaning people do not do a good job there was a smashed roach on a wall and fingerprints on doors. Our feet were black on the bottom from uncleaned floors (the carpets need to be cleaned) we could not let our grandson play on the floor. The worst part were the roaches that scattered in the morning when we turned on the light. The front bathroom smelled like urine so bad it made you sick. This house is cute but it needs work.
