The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are fully stocked with linens, bedding, toiletries and laundry care. In addition to four beds, crib, and pack & play there is one futon and one sleep sofa in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations with plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

Fishing still sucked by the place was great again. The owner is quick to respond to any issues which this time was zero. The first stay we had a few minor things that got resolved quickly. A great comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood for our 10 day stay.

Great location, Comfortable property

Just as advertised. Owner responsive. We had a few questions when we arrived and got answers immediately. Really didn't need anything after that cause it was smooth sailing. Only thing negative was the fishing, not a good week for that. We ended up with lots of time hanging out. The property made the vacation enjoyable even when the reason for the visit was a bust.

We were in town for a halibut fishing trip and this Property was very comfortable and in a nice quiet area. We stayed two nights. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. If we return for another fishing charter we would stay here again. Thank You

My family came down for the Valdez Mayor's Cup. The condo was perfect for our party of 6. Very comfortable layout and garage was a bonus had we needed it. Great location and close to restaurants. Highly recommend.
