"We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a very well-maintained hotel in a perfect location. The staff was great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful (loved the included mimosas!). The hotel’s restaurant was very good (we ate there for dinner 3 times; easy to get a table and delicious food after long days). "I normally do not write reviews; but, wanted to for this hotel. It is a small quaint hotel. It actually has a small pool and hot tub with incredible views. It is actually located in Vezio right outside of Varenna. At first, I was concerned about the location from Varenna. However, Rita the proprietor made sure we had transportation from the train station as well as to and from all of our points of interest. We seriously wanted for nothing. "The room was really lovely had a private bathroom and a shared kitchen which we had our own little Rambo pack in the fridge it was made up of water, juice, yoghurt then in our room we had a basket made up of croissants, spreads and jams. "

"I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful.
