About this space
Located on the crystal clear shores of Lac Vert, adventure awaits in this rustic, two-story, 5-sleeper treat, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts! Waterfront Green Cottage includes nearby access to not only the crystal clear lake, but also a wildlife reserve and all kinds of exciting ATV, hiking, and snowmobile trails, to name a few. Guests won’t run out of things to do because there is truly something for everyone here!
The space
This cottage comfortably sleeps 5 people, with 3 queen-sized beds and 1.5 baths.

On the lower level, you’ll find the games room. With everything from an arcade basketball machine, to chess and other board games, it even has an air-hockey table and a Foosball table. Perfect for guests to have some indoor fun during those winter evenings!

On the main level, you’ll find the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and open-plan living space complete with a log-burning fireplace. This opens onto a massive dock (terrace), where you can settle in to enjoy evenings around the BBQ while soaking in the magnificent sunsets over the lake! 

On the second level, you’ll find the bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and view to the lake.

The best news? This entire cottage is all yours, with full access to everything this exciting waterfront oasis has to offer.

Exactly as advertised

We had a great time at this property, right on the lake with a multitude of things to do. Caught lots of fish, had a great time hiking and enjoyed nature. When we needed to contact the host we got a quick response. Had the exact experience we were looking for.

Weekend R&R with a few friends

Great location for a weekend stay. Fairly clean inside. Lake access from backyard dock very nice. Negatives- BBQ not really usable, could use new kitchen pots, plates, etc., no dishwasher, but not a big problem.

Horrible stay and horrible service!!

I booked the place for ne and my family, it was way too small and had no place to accomodate the number listed! It feelt like a teenager's tree house. The deck was discusting and filthy ( spider webs, old grease and dirst in the fire place), we had to spend a solid 30 min to clean it and we eventually gave up. Whats even worse is the owners/ verbo's response. We had to drive back home for 2 hours at 12 am with kids. Their responses were very late and we had to stay on line for 2 hours. Untill this day we did not get a full refund and they keep shifting the blame from one person to the other. Garbage company and horrible people. Will never try neither Vrbo nor this owner ever again. Go sleep in a tent better than this rundown/ middle of the main road tree house.

I rentre this property for a weekend get away with girlfriends. The water front access was our favourite and the cottage had everting we needed. Overall very positive experience.

Phenomenal Deck and View of the Lake

We had a great time at this cottage! The lake is lovely and the view from the deck is beautiful. The host was great and check-in went smoothly. A couple of heads up: The property is close to the road and you hear the traffic. The half bath is a toilet but no sink (for that you need to go down the stairs to the main floor).

Amazing lake in a cute town with great waterfront access. Very good host and check in was easy. Wish we’d known we would be so close to road but other than that great stay!

Propriété accueillante

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. La propriété est propre, pratique et accueillante. Beaucoup de commodités. Plusieurs petits plus: films, chaises longues, jeux, kayaks, vestes de sauvetage, planches à pagaie…La vue sur le lac est absolument magnifique. Le quai/terrasse permet de profiter du paysage tout en mangeant ou en se relaxant. Le seul bémol pour nous est que la propriété est située très près de la route passante , donc on entend la circulation.
