Interaction with the manager: Although we are not on site, we are just a 10-minute drive away and always easily reachable. We will be delighted to answer any questions you may have.

As we are in the heart of the Laurentians, you will also have easy access to a multitude of activities both in winter and summer, all within a 30-minute drive.

You can enjoy hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, and even Fat biking (since September 2017) at the Parc Régional Val-David/Val-Morin located right next door, and then relax in the year-round spa. You will feel like you are in a secluded paradise, yet it's only a 7-minute drive to reach the village for groceries or to visit our many friendly restaurants, bistros, and shops.

The entire house is at your disposal. There is only one step to enter the house. The chalet is wheelchair accessible for guests staying on the ground floor. This level includes a bedroom and a bathroom adjacent to the common areas, ensuring accessibility for those with reduced mobility.

Designed and crafted by sculptor Robert Lachance, the chalet features 4 bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, a large living room with a pool table, 3 bathrooms with showers (one with a bathtub), and a very large terrace balcony is home to the BBQ.. There is a 50'' and a 38'' HD TV in the living-rooms.

While we're not waterfront, our climate makes our year-round SPA equally enjoyable. If you prefer, in the summer, you can visit the Raymond Lake beach (10 min.) or the Lac des Sables beach (15 min.) for swimming or use our private heated pool.

The house is nestled on a 3-acre estate atop Val-David's highest mountain, offering breathtaking views, adjacent to the Parc Régional Val-David/Val-Morin (1,900 acres of Crown land). Direct access to park trails is available from the estate.

You'll have options like hiking, mountain biking, Fat biking (since March 2017), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and even climbing. The village of Val-David, with all its amenities, is just a 5-minute drive away.



You will need a vehicle for transportation, and there is plenty of parking space available for all guests.

During winter, it's essential to have good winter tires or a 4x4 vehicle to drive up to the chalet. Otherwise, you can park at the bottom of the hill near the street and walk up.

Complete bedding and shower towels are provided for your comfort. Please bring your own beach towels for the SPA or pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, a food processor, and a gas fondue set, in addition to all usual accessories. We also supply basic items such as sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and vegetable oil, among others.

In the living room on the ground floor, you will find a 50-inch HD smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar and a CD/DVD player. In the family room on the garden level, there is a second 36-inch HD smart TV. Unlimited wireless internet access with Bell Fibe is available. A washer, dryer, BBQ (not available in winter), and dishwasher are also at your disposal.

For children, we provide various toys and board games. Two baby playpens and a booster seat are available, along with safety gates for the stairs. We offer 4 pairs of adult snowshoes and 2 pairs for children.

The SPA is available year-round, and the heated pool is open during the summer season only, from June 15th to September 15th.

You will also have access to a variety of activities: forest hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and tobogganing right from the chalet. In the region, you can enjoy activities such as zip-lining, children's amusement parks, water slides, canoeing, kayaking, biking, rock climbing, fishing, alpine skiing, and more.

Check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at noon.

For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed outside most of our chalets. They are positioned only towards the courtyard entrance, not towards the grounds or inside the chalet. Rest assured that your privacy is not compromised. Recorded images are kept for 90 days, except in specific circumstances.
