The apartment is situated in the Le Chatelard area. This is a lovely quiet and beautiful neighborhood, located 1.2km from the center of Val d'Isère.
Ski-in, ski-out. The flat is on the first floor of a small residence/chalet with only 2 other flats. No lift. Free shuttle service to and fro the center.

Fully renovated 45 m² apartment, accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor with no elevator, it features two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC, and an open-plan kitchen leading into a warm and inviting living area. It also benefits from a south-facing balcony offering beautiful mountain views.

The Chalet No. 1 is located in the sought-after residential area of Le Châtelard, a peaceful and sunny part of Val d’Isère. With its ski-in/ski-out location, it offers the perfect setting to enjoy the ski area while benefiting from a quiet mountain atmosphere.
The chalet is located approximately 1.2 km from the resort centre and its shops, restaurants and amenities. It is easily accessible thanks to the free Blue shuttle line, with a stop located at the end of the street.
The chalet does not have a lift or private parking. The Manchet public paid car park is just a one-minute walk away. Recycling bins are located in the street, close to the chalet.
