Other vehicles can be parked on street, but will be towed during plow season if left on plow days. Other pubic parking is .2 miles down the road. It is not necessary to have a vehicle. Bus transportation is great in the Vail valley. • Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). • Pets are not allowed

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Overall, we had a good stay. The condo was as clean, well appointed and the shuttle stop to Vail was very close. The only problem was we got on very late at night and it was a bit difficult to locate. Also, the parking permit application at 1 am didn’t work and 6 hours later was found a boot on our rental car. We’ve yet to be reimbursed fo the 140 fee.

Good option for young people
The condo is great with all you need, in great shape and nicely decorated. It is perfecto for up to 4 people. It is a 2 floor condo, the rooms are upstairs and the stair is narrow and steep. We had a great time, we were a party of three, my wife and ai and our 15 year old daughter. It was a very good choice and everything was in percet order. Access is conplicated specialy with snow. Excellent value for your money.

Perfect getaway
The condo is everything you need and more! The kitchen was loaded with everything you could possibly think of. The half bath on the main floor is convenient. The living room has comfortable furniture and a cozy gas fireplace! The view from the back deck is nice. The bedrooms are perfect. Tons of pillows, extra blankets and the ceiling fan helped me sleep comfortably. The main bathroom is beautiful. The only, minor complaint was the small landing at the bottom of the stairs… I must have tripped on it a dozen times before I learned my lesson. It’s kinda pointless but no big deal. Everything was really perfect otherwise!!

This location was very close as it states to the bus stop for easy access to the mountain and village. However we have a few things others should know. 1. There is black ice everywhere around the property, everyone in our group slipped on the ice even when using extreme caution. More directions should be given as to how to access the unit as we had to walk around the entire building to find the door. 2. Our car was booted and we had to pay 150 to have it removed. We filled out the form as asked and it was very confusing, I did not get a confirmation email and when I went back to do it again, the website said that there was already a car registered for the timeframe of our stay so I assumed we were good. But no, were booted and this greatly cut into our ski day. The property manager said they didnt have anything to do with the company/hoa and there was nothing they could do. In the instructions in the unit it should say if you do not get a confirmation you will get booted. I am frustrated by this and the lack of help to rectify the situation. Beware of this if you stay.

Close to everything in Vail
Our rental at Brook Tree was great! The location is close to everything you need including the mountain, restaurants, bus stop and the grocery store. The unit was very clean and perfect for our needs. VRC was very responsive to questions and checked on us during our stay. We would recommend staying at Brook Tree for your Vail vacation.

A Nice and comfortable place
It is a very nice condo that has a perfect location. The pictures do not do justice. The place is much nicer in real life. The kitchen has all types of dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a coffee press, a kettle, etc. The living room is very cozy and comfortable. And the most important is the beds are super comfy. We are definitely planning on coming back.

Too many stairs
Very nice remodeled unit. However, carrying luggage from parking lot up stairs and the length of the building was brutal. Once in the unit more stairs. To get to the bus stops was an extra 3-4 flights of stairs. Never again. By the way, the walk from the bus drop off to the village is a little hike with a lot of stairs.

The place was as described. It was cozy and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything. The main area was a short drive,, around 5 min. There was a pedestrian bridge Close by, but we never walked.
