Dog-friendly Vail studio condo, perfectly located in the heart of Lionshead Village, offering nearly ski-in/ski-out access to Vail Mountain. Just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School, you’ll be right at the center of all the action. Enjoy stunning Vail Mountain and Village views from your private balcony, whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a drink after a day of outdoor adventures. Step outside and you’re minutes from skiing, hiking, shopping, dining, and vibrant entertainment in both Lionshead and Vail. The Lift House is conveniently situated on the Town of Vail’s free bus line, making it easy to explore all of Vail Village as well. This is the ideal spot to enjoy all that Vail has to offer, with your four-legged friend by your side!

STUDIO FEATURES: Inside your studio is a queen size bed and 1 full bathroom. A kitchenette that is equipped with a half-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The living space boasts a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV and balcony.

LIFT HOUSE LODGE NOTES: Dogs are welcome at Lift House Lodge for an additional fee of $35 per night, per dog. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit, per night. Please ask for pet friendly unit availability. Please provide the front desk with a reliable phone number where you can be reached in case staff or maintenance needs access to the room while your dog is alone. This will help us ensure your pet's safety and address any necessary room maintenance promptly.

Front desk and lobby hours are from 8am to 4pm, though these hours may vary depending on the time of year. For access outside of these hours, please use the 2nd-floor side door near room 201 or the 1st-floor Plaza entrance. Remember to have your key or code ready before 7am and after 5pm for entry.

Lift House has onsite coin laundry and an elevator accessing all floors.

LIFT HOUSE PARKING:
Please ensure you register your vehicle with the front desk upon arrival. Parking spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates are as follows:
• Summer Season: $30 per night
• Winter Season: $50 per night
• Should our lot be full or unavailable, the public Lionshead or Vail Parking Garage offers hourly and overnight parking at current posted rates.

Lift House Lodge Pet Policy & Fees:
We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $35 per dog, per night applies. Please note that Airbnb only allows a flat pet fee to be collected at the time of booking. If your stay requires additional pet fees (e.g., longer stays or multiple dogs beyond the flat amount charged by Airbnb), we will:
1. Send a payment request for the remaining balance through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking,
2. OR You may choose to pay the additional pet fees at check-in at the Lift House Lodge.

Please provide the front desk with a reliable phone number where you can be reached in case staff or maintenance needs access to the room while your dog is alone. This will help us ensure your pet's safety and address any necessary room maintenance promptly.


NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.

The Lift House hot tub is available for our guests' enjoyment and is located on the fourth floor.

Room was nice and clean, great location with a view into the village. Our room was HOT though. Description said no A/C, but opening the door would cool the room. Temps were in the 30s at night and even with the door open and the fan on, we still could barely sleep and woke up sweating. The bed is also hard as a rock. Hot tub was too hot to enjoy for more than 5 minutes. Property was clean and pleasant, staff was very kind and helpful.

The condo was clean and lovely, as advertised. With the location being where it is facing the village, there was a lot of noise from music and people and a wedding nearby, so I could not have the patio door open in the evenings. The parking area was full so I had to park in the Lionshead structure with was expensive. I think that people staying here should get a voucher to park there. This is an added unexpected expense. They don’t enforce parking near the condo so some of the people taking up spots may not have been staying there, and therefore I had to pay 60 to park overnight

Our stay was fun! The location was perfect for us. We attended a wedding at the top of the gondola which was a 2 minute walk. The shuttle service was a 1 minute walk and very convenient for Oktoberfest. I received a call a few days prior to our arrival to confirm and ask if we needed anything and provide us with check in information. We also received a email the day before with specific directions and property info. The room was great - we would stay again.

A lovely and very convenient studio apartment right in the heart of Lionshead. The staff is friendly and offered chocolate bars at the front desk! The elevator was out of commission on our check-out day, which was problematic, but the staff handled getting our luggage downstairs. The parking lot is a bit tricky to find, but all in all, just a great stay! Thanks so much!

Location is great and the front desk staff was super helpful. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There were dips all throughout leading to a lack of sleep. I have stayed in this building multiple times and always love it. This unit’s bed needs replacing.

Loved the close location to the gondola. Only one hiccup, I extended my stay for an additional day and was unable to get back in my room. Eventually someone was able to let me in. Overall enjoyable

Amazing Experience!

This property was perfect for what we needed - cute, cozy and amazing location. We had the best time walking to all Vail had to offer and would love to come back for the ski season. You cannot beat the location and the hot tub worked out really well too!

Such a great location!

Price was good relative to nearby places. Good for 2 people but could get a little crowded if you had a family of 4 in there. Still would be a great value. The only problem I had was the bed. Too hard for me and has low and high spots. With the right bed, it would be perfect.

Central and quiet space

We really enjoyed the location and the space but we were disappointed that some of the basic things is the kitchen and the fireplace were missing. No glassware to warm things in the microwave, no spatula as well as the fridge was leaking water inside so we had to continuously dry it off and the fireplace glass was too dirty for us to enjoy it

very close to the clock tower, but is not the clock tower. they were in the middle of remodeling for the season so hats off to them for upgrading the place. Parking is expensive, luckily we didn't pay during the off season. also parking is limited in the area. overall we had a nice peaceful stay in the off season
