Enjoy effortless access to dining, shopping + free transit (bus stop steps from unit!). Whether you’re chasing adventure or a slower mountain escape, this welcoming home offers comfort, convenience, and an authentic Vail experience.

    BEDROOMS
    This renovated condo features two bedrooms plus a loft, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests.

    Bedroom 1 – The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat to unwind after a day of mountain adventures.

    Bedroom 2 – Ideal for kids or groups, this bedroom includes Queen-over-Queen bunk beds with a Twin trundle. A full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom, making it easy for everyone to share.

    Loft- Head up the ladder to the unique loft space featuring one twin bed with a twin sized trundle, perfect for kids! Here, you`ll also find a workspace with a desk and office chair. Please note this is not a fully enclosed space, and requires access via a ladder.

    BATHROOMS
    The home offers 2 full bathrooms, both clean and well stocked for your stay. Enjoy bright lighting, spacious vanities, and fresh towels to make mornings and evenings easy and comfortable.

    KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE
    Prepare anything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need during your stay. The open living area features a cozy fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, reconnect, or warm up after a day on the slopes. An in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.

    OUTDOOR SPACE
    Step outside to enjoy the deck and surrounding green space, with a peaceful creek running alongside the building—a lovely spot to relax, sip coffee, or take in the fresh mountain air.

    You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

    We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

    •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
    •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
    •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
    •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
    •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
    •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.

    ✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
    ✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
    ✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
