  • This renovated condo in Vail, CO is in a convenient location near the Lions Ridge Loop bus stop for up to nine guests to enjoy!

    Shopping, dining, and the gondola are easily accessible by a short, free bus ride to Vail Village, where you can enjoy great mountain recreation! For venturing elsewhere, the entrance to I-70 is close by.

    This third-floor condo offers great mountain views, high ceilings, and a comfortable atmosphere. In the main room, you'll find a comfortable living area with couches in front of a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV (cable and free WiFi included).

    A modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make delicious meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. A breakfast bar offers convenient seating for meals.

    Three bedrooms, three full baths, and a loft make this home suitable for up to nine travelers. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed, both with full private baths. Upstairs, one room has a queen bed, and the loft area has three twin beds. There's a shared full bath up here, as well. A private washer/dryer are available for any laundry that needs freshening.

    This house is perfect for a family or a group of friends - Vail has world-class skiing and a number of delicious restaurants and bars for relaxing in comfort after a fun day in the snow! In the summer, take a mountain hike among the wildflowers, catch a free concert, mountain bike, or visit the Dillon Reservoir 30 miles away for some sailing or fishing action.

    Things to know:
    * Please note that this home does not include central AC. Parking is extremely limited first come first serve with a parking pass DUE to construction on pool and hot tub property until Thanksgiving 2026 There is no hot tub or pool at this time.

The place was clean and very spacious and had excellent room/bathroom ratios - we fit 8 people comfortably. Getting around was easy with the bus stop right nearby. Some areas to improve - communication was a bit slow since I didn’t use the Vacasa app and tried chatted through VRBO instead, there wasn’t a grill on the patio despite confirming with the host beforehand, and the hot tub was closed for construction which we didn’t know till after booking (it was on the listing description but not on amenity list. I thought it was an error for amenities listing, next time I’ll confirm upfront). Overall, the place worked out great for our large group and you can’t beat the price for location and accommodation size so I’d stay here again.

Lovely Home in a Great Location

The home was well appointed and fit our whole family. Loved that we were minutes from Vail Village and had the option of taking a shuttle. It was great to have access to a pool and hot tub, especially after a hard day of hiking!

Good space adults and kids

Very clean. Great use of space. Perfect for our two families. Good location. The only drawback was a lack of dining table, but we were able to make do. And one of the queen beds was extremely firm.

Nice place in a good location

This was a nice place in a good location and it worked well for 6 adults and 3 young children. The only issue was that it was up three long flights of stairs (no elevator) and there is no table to sit and eat or play games.

Boys Ski Trip

Group of new and old friends got together this year in Vail. The home meet our needs and expectations well and we were not disappointed. House had one parking pass included and when we called the local rep to get another they had it delivered within a couple hours

Wedding weekend

We traveled to Vail for a wedding and this property was perfect size for our adult family of 5. The views of Vail from the balcony and living room are breathtaking. The only downside was the kitchen. We cook a lot while on vacation and there wasn’t enough cooking utensils and pots/pans.

This place is ideal for one family. The upstairs space provides no privacy, it has no curtains to darken the morning light. The price seemed right but could have been better equipped with essentials.

Good Location

Best part about the property is the 30 second walk to the bus with direct access to Vail Village. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day in the slopes. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Did not appear to have been vacuumed following the previous guests departure.

Great Stay

Good space and easy walk to Lionshead village (about 10 minutes). We had plenty of space for 9 people total which was surprising. Loft area was warm at night but to be expected with that type of set up. No complaints overall and very clean!

Cute little condo with room for many

There were a few things that were needing attention. Kitchen faucet was loose. Pans were dirty with food residue. Screen door screen was torn. Other than those little cosmetic things that we worked around it was great. Location was good. Beds were good. Check in and out was easy. Overall I would stay again.

Great location, mediocre property

Location was fantastic. Literally steps away (like, 30 seconds) from a bus stop that takes you directly to Vail Village in <5 minutes. Hot tub was pretty nice! Interior of the property left a lot to be desired. Nothing was absolutely horrible, but most things were at least somewhat subpar. Kitchen stocking (cookware, quantity of plates/bowls, etc) was pretty poor. Dishwasher didn't really work; we ended up hand washing nearly everything. Lighting in upstairs bedroom was poor and layout was very weird with a gap in the wall between the loft and upstairs bedroom preventing proper noise isolation. Water heater capacity was insufficient for the guest capacity. Living room furniture was a bit weird e.g. the folding dining table was extremely unsturdy. Some of the bathroom sinks did not drain well. Parking was insufficient; at one point there were no spaces in the lot to park our two cars.

Disappointed

We arrived and the home was clean and plenty of room. That was the best part. No chairs or grill on the deck. Grill fine but no chairs we wanted to sit on the deck. They did eventually bring some cheap camping chairs. Lacked kitchen supplies for making meals, pool was under construction which was the reason we booked this one. When I asked if there was an alternative they said we have a great pool on site. Clearly they didn’t know it was under construction. The biggest issue was we were told we had two parking spots. We o my needed one but didn’t even get that. When I asked about it was told there is additional parking on the street and that parking was approx a half mile walk. That is where we had to park after I dropped my sleepy parents and kids off. Walking down the hill in the dark with no sidewalks. They were not helpful and I had to contact them multiple times. I was extremely disappointed. I think the bigger problem was the company running the show Vasca. They also ran our first VRBO and we have a few issues with that one as well. I have never ever in all the years of using Vrbo had this many issues or really any issues. I have never even wrote a bad review. After the first tried to give me a 45 dollar discount I did get one night refund minus fees. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. We won’t be back.

Great location but place is run down

The location of the 3rd story condo was great and better than expected, literally right across from the bus stop. BUT the property is in need of attention and maintenance. The bathroom off the kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned and the tub does not drain properly (same issue in the master bath) plus the exhaust fan is super loud and rattling. The dryer makes loud squeaky noises as it runs, to the point where we had to turn it off to hold a conversation in the small living room. The white couch in the living room was dirty and one of the brown chairs was torn, giving the place the opposite of an upscale experience. The closets are full of 'stuff' (fan parts, old framed paintings, and a box of old kitchen appliances). Not sure we would stay in this unit again.
