Què li ha agradat: Neteja
This was our third visit to Vail and the second in winter. Three years ago we stayed offsite along a bus route - that was convenient enough and we used Vista Bahn for ski storage as the condo owner had rented one for the season - this time we found ourselves in the middle of everything! Knowing that a rink is right across the street, our kids brought their own skates, once the hard guards were on they could just walk right over. All I did was to sign a liability waiver and the ice time was free. They skated multiple times during our stay. The condo was clean and in great condition. The three very large silver halide prints were of gallery quality, the gorgeous landscapes added an open and airy feel to the living space. With photography being a lifelong hobby for me, I knew the production cost alone would have been very high and was pleasantly surprised to find them in a rental property.The kitchen is well stocked. The market in Lionshead is only a short bus ride away and I actually walked there once; a full-sized grocery store, Safeway, is reachable by bus from the transportation center which is only steps away from the condo.The amount of snowfall in December was well below average in 2025 so only a fraction of the trails were open - we lucked out three years earlier when it had been just the opposite so that most of the ski trails had already opened by Christmas - our kids sorely missed the back bowls but that said we still had a good time on the slopes.
