Discover an Architectural Gem West

Architectural gem located in one of Vail's most prestigious neighborhoods along Gore Creek. Just a short walk to the Gondola One Lift and Vail Village. This home offers a comfortable living area for entertaining and relaxing around a wood burning fireplace after a day of skiing. Enjoy a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, adjoining dining room near by that seats 8.

There is one bedroom located on the main floor with the second and third upstairs separated by a contemporary wood staircase. Guest may choose twins or king beds for their sleeping needs. The master bedroom has a Flat Screen TV and private full bath with jetted tubs. The additional other two rooms have private full baths with jetted tubs. The upstairs room also has a smart TV. Additional sleeping located in the den off the living room has a sofa sleeper and 60 inch flat screen TV.

This home is adorned thru out with hardwood floors, Persian carpets and artwork by artist, Lewis Bryden.

We had a nice 5 days in Vail and this property was well-located and cozy. To be fair, it's a solid minimum 10-minute walk to Vail Gondola. Given that thjere is nowhere in the house to store your skiis and boots, and given the solid walk, I would suggest storing your skiis at one of the storage options near Vail Gondola. The house is comfortable and clean, but severely outdated and very tight on space. The rooms are very small and the common living room space is difficult to enjoy if you are more than 6 people. It is architectural interesting, but it clearly needs a facelift. The property manager was very communicative and responsive which is always a bonus and helpful.

This home is wonderful. Cozy, well stocked and the best fireplace you could ask for. The location was perfect on the creek and a short walk to stores, resturants and Gondola 1. We will book again.

This house is in a great location - just a block or two from Vail Village, but in a neighborhood so it is quiet. It backs up to a pond with a beaver home, so we enjoyed watching the beaver swim around and collect branches, as well as a funny little fox who came and went frequently. The house is very comfortable and was perfect for our trip.

Amazing Stay in Vail

We had a great stay in Vail. The house couldn't be better located. We enjoyed walking into town and to the gondola to ski each day. The house was well stocked with fire wood and has a beautiful fireplace, nice kitchen with good kitchen tools/pots/pans. The bedrooms/baths were nice and it is convenient that each King can be split into two twins. If you have younger kids, note there are some tight corners and the living room & den are combined and on the smaller side. The property manager Michelle was wonderful and very responsive.

Wonderful New Years Stay

The property was as advertised. Very clean, close to the Village and Lifts. It was an easy walk to the heart of Vail, but nice to be a few blocks away on a quiet lovely street right near a beautiful stream. Highly recommend!

Nice Place in Quiet, Convenient Location

This is a unique architectural property. The location is in between the two gondolas, so you can decide which way to go each day. An 8 minute walk either way, and a short walk to restaurants and amenities. Michelle was very responsive and made check in/check out easy. Recommend that you use one of the upstairs bedrooms as the master; they are a bit larger and have a more convenient bathroom set up.

Family Ski Trip

We had a great time. Place is beautiful. Great hot tub- comfortable place. Love the rooms with the full bath. Property manager very attentive. Beautiful kitchen - you will be very happy with this place! Convenient walk to Vail village to shops and mountain. Great restaurants. Easy walk to Lionshead also.

Memorable Trip

The house is amazing and Michelle was super helpful throughout our stay. The house is a pretty cool design and well equipped, we especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day skiing. The house is well situated with an easy walk into vail village for dinner and a ~8 minute walk to the slopes. We will defiantly book this property again as it checks every box.

Wonderful House

This is my 2nd visit to this property and it doesn’t disappoint. Easy walk to Vail center and the gondola. The house is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home. Love the wood burning fireplace. Michelle is quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely return.

Perfection

We stayed here with my adult daughter and her family so 4 Adults and 2 children (4 and 11). First of all, the location is just about perfect, short walk to lifts and midvail stores and resteraunts. The interior really gives that cabin in the mountains feel with the large great room and massive fireplace. Beds are comfy (huge plus), every room is ensuite, kitchen is very well stocked including the two most important items, martini shaker and wine aerator. Managment was very communicative and helpful. Over all the perfect place for Christmas.

Loved it!!

What a great trip! Loved the location!! Didn’t use our rental car the entire trip! Very clean, lovely and spacious home. Well stocked kitchen, perfect jacuzzi that is easy to open and close! Highly recommend!

Family Wedding Visit to Vail

The property was fabulous. It is unique and accommodating. The space worked very well for our 6 adults. The convenience to Vail Village was perfect. The only thing that took a little adjustment was the glass open plan bathroom with glass doors to the toilet/shower. Some guests would prefer a little more privacy for the toilet…. But overall the home was delightful

Beautiful home and wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time on our ski trip to Vail. We had a larger family 6 of us, and this was perfect for our needs compared to a hotel. It was spacious and super comfortable. They also had a lot of basic amenities that some properties do not have like coffee, salt, and pepper to get you started. It’s a beautiful place, a little smaller than the photos suggest, but all in all really great. Also, I left one of my airpods, and Michelle and the cleaners found it and kindly mailed it back to me. So A+++ all the way around.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

This was a beautiful, spacious home. It had everything we needed, and it was a quick, five-minute walk to the village. The yard was perfect for sledding and building snowmen. We made so many fun memories with the kids in this place. The skiers in the group especially loved the hot tub. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens. Condo was clean. Would absolutely rent it again.

Amazing Vail Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem of a home in Vail. Anything we could think of was accommodated for by the property manager. We were able to walk to the village and gondola one which made skiing super easy and fun to enjoy. The hot tub was a great way to end the days and the fireplace was amazing especially at night with a glass of wine. See will be back in June of 2024 because we loved this home so much.
