This lovely two-story top-floor villa offers spacious living with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The large deck, complete with a gas grill, is perfect for enjoying the Colorado sunshine while taking in stunning views of Vail Mountain. Inside, you'll find elegant contemporary décor and rich wood floors, with a cozy gas fireplace in the living room to unwind after a day on the slopes. Conveniently located across the highway, just 1 mile west of Vail Village, it’s a short walk to the Vail shuttle stop, offering easy access to both Vail and Lionshead Villages. The villa also includes a one-car garage for added convenience. Perfectly blending comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views, this villa is the ideal mountain retreat.

FEATURES: Main upstairs bedroom has a King bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen and private bath, 3rd bedroom has queen bed and private bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 in the driveway.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation; opening windows upstairs and downstairs to create an updraft cools the house pretty quickly.

Condo Update

We found that the condo provided us with the room described in website. But there was no closet space available in the master bedroom. There was not sufficient drawer space in one of the bedrooms. The bed covering needs replacing. The throw rugs all need to be replaced. They are all curling in the corners. And lastly the sofa needs to be replaced. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with the appropriate cooking utensils and sufficient dishes for dining. The only bad part of the location was walking uphill to the bus stop.

noisy- no ac - road resurfacing with unbreathable smell

temp adjustment impossible-if open windows unbearable highway noise and road resurfacing made the outside air unbreathable - unable to open windows for whole week / resurfaced parking had no issues/ did they schedule this for my week after i rented ? hm - it was not listed on the special of the place…..noticed received few days after i signed the rent! Not cool!

Nice property, with some caveats

This was a nice rental and the communication was great. The property needs a few updates and could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The plus is that there are three bedrooms and all have their own bathrooms, plus a half bath on the main floor. The set-up of the condo was very convenient for a family of four. On the downside, the condo has no air-conditioning and the third floor where the master is gets VERY warm. There is a sliding glass door that can be opened, but it abuts a highway and is too loud to leave open all night. Also, there is a weird door problem with the master bedroom door and the bathroom door where the master bedroom door opens too far and bangs the bathroom door. When the master bedroom door is open, it blocks the entry to the master bath. Having said all of this, however, this was a nice, convenient condo which we were happy with.

Nice House for a vacation

Good house for a vacation. The only drawback noted is the road noise from I-70. Leaving the windows open to cool the 3rd floor bedroom was difficult due to road noise; it was a difficult balance between road noise and an uncomfortably warm bedroom.

Great property and lovely stay

the property is superb, spacious and modern and a great place to stay for 6 nights. close to the Lionshead loop bus stop and convenient for skiing. Unfortunately the check in process was very poor and we didn't get into the apartment until the following day which was very disruptive

Exactly What We Needed

We had a great time at this property. Great location and it feels like being in a treehouse being surrounded by beautiful trees! We spent a lot of time on the 2 decks and the condo is very well equipped overall. The central location makes it easy to reach all the surrounding towns easily as well.

Description matches property

Plenty of room to move around, cook, put things away. Kitchen plentifully stocked with utensils, cookware, glasses, coffee cups, dishes, etc. Midweek cleaning was thorough. Easy access to property and Vail (Right above new tunnel near Lionshead. Enjoyed the decks and views.

Perfect size

It was a great location and perfect size for what we needed. Everything was clean and spacious. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the wood floors in the main living room were very slippery.. My father-in-law slipped and almost fell, as well as myself, and our 1 yr old daughter constantly was having issues with walking on it. I could see use renting it again though.

Nice spacious condo but needs a bit of TLC

Comfortable, large condo with 2 large decks. Somethings do need to be replaced. It is important to know that there is no air conditioning so fans are needed to cool it down in the evening. Most of the fans were unusable as they had broken blades and would not sit without bouncing. Also, wooden furniture outside was mostly broken. Kitchen barstools are also wobbly. More pillows needed as well. Hair dryer broken. Also, as soon as we pulled in the owner below warned us to be quiet because the floors in this condo are “illegal” whatever that meant. Thankfully they did not give us a hard time during our stay. The location is also nice and convenient. We would stay here again.

Very nice property.

The condo was great, clean, easy to find. The neighbor below is seemed to be concerned about how many of us were staying and how she hears all of our footsteps. The television has subtitles on which is probably great for someone who doesn’t speak great English but we do and the settings were locked so we couldn’t take them off the screen. We had called and asked if the property had a grill and we’re informed there was no grill. Upon arrival we saw there was a small charcoal grill. We had steaks we wanted to bring with us but didn’t. Oh well. It was great having multiple bedrooms and all of them having their own bathroom. Overall experience was great and we would definitely recommend friends to stay here.

Great stay in Vail

The house was fantastic, our stay in Vail was unbeatable. Each room had a bathroom and shower- big plus. The only few negitive things, which were minor, was that the windows in the midlevel rooms wouldn't close, the walk to town was 15 minutes, the closest bus only ran once an hour, and the main deck was accessed through the master bedroom. In the winter, none of this would matter. Rooms were very comfortable, check in was flawless. The view from the deck was awesome. Good price, would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable stay

This is a lovely and very spacious condo quite close to Vail Village (about one mile away). Our family of four had plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay. Here are the pro's and con's..... Pro's: Very spacious; comfortable beds (although the bed in the master suite is quite low and a bit odd) and pillows; good size bathrooms, all ensuite; nicely supplied kitchen with tons of dishes and glasses; owners even provided some coffee and tea, and spices in the cupboards; location is good between Vail Village and Beaver Creek. Cons: The unit is close to I-70 and in the summer when the windows are open it is a bit noisy. The noise level was an irritant the first night but then we got used to it. The patio furniture is old and not comfortable and the unit needs some maintenance; i.e. one bedroom window was bolted shut which made it hard to cool down the room after the unit had been closed for some time; the refrigerator did not have an automatic ice maker, just ice cube trays which in this day and age is old-fashioned. Owners requested "no shoes" in the unit but guests should be given a head's up about that when booking the room (we also do not wear shoes in our home so I respect that; however, some people do not like that so advance notice should be given). Owners did provide slippers for guests to wear but we were not sure if they had been washed from previous guests. But overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.
