Beautifully remodeled Single Family home in East Vail offering gorgeous mountain views and close proximity to hiking trails and complimentary in-town shuttle! Perfect for family and friend gatherings and can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably!

** This home is dog-friendly with prior notification at $50/night/per pet fee (max 2 dogs). No other animals are allowed without written property management approval.

As you enter you the unit, you are welcomed by vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan where you can enjoy unobscured views from the great room and kitchen. Cook up a feast in your gourmet kitchen or bring the party outside and grill up dinner as your guests relax in the hot tub and enjoy the surrounding trees and clean mountain air. 

The upstairs master suite offers it's own TV room with a sleeper sofa and a private entrance giving you easy access to the backyard. The master is also equipped with a comfortable king bed, additional twin bed for children and a ceiling fan. It also has plenty of room for all of your winter clothes in the walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is finished with a granite double vanity a jetted tub, a walk-in a tile and glass steamer shower and dual sinks.  

Downstairs there are three guest bedrooms. One of which has two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. The other guest bedroom adjacent to it has two full size beds and a flat screen TV. These two guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom equipped with double vanities and a beautiful tile and glass shower. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity sink and a gorgeous tile and glass shower. All beds are outfitted with hotel quality linens and refreshing, comfortable mattresses. 

Feel like staying in for the day? Enjoy a Sonos three-zone music system, and 4K Sony TVs with soundbars and subwoofers across 2,300 square feet of living space. Enjoy some of the many board games at the house like chess and checkers, play a couple of rounds of billiards in the garage, or challenge your guests to a few games of ping pong. Whoever loses has to cook dinner! 

There is parking space in front of the house and also visitor spaces available. Don't worry or pay for parking at the resort the bus stop is 500 yards down the street from the house and will take you to Vail Village in less than 10 minutes. The 5,000-acre world renowned Vail Mountain Resort (five miles east), offers an experience for every alpine athlete, from the smallest tot to the most experienced professional.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Beauty and comfort in abundance! The ambiance and mountain views are perfect. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms and a perfectly-sized (and located) utility room allow for creature comforts. We cooked, we relaxed, we thrived! :) Nice roads to and from the home. Lots of LOVELY memories travelled home with us . . . :)

Without Water for over 12 hrs!

While we stayed at this location, the water to our unit was shut off at approximately 5pm. We called the property manager and approximately 1 hr later, the water was switched back on. Once again at approximately 9pm, the water was shut off. We called the property manager and they stated there "nothing they could do" because the main water switch was controlled by someone with the HOA and they were "not picking up their phone". We had a baby in the house that relied on water for formula as well as several people who needed potable water for drinking, showering etc. The property management company offered no help, compensation or solutions to our problem. The water was not turned back on until 6am the next day. We never received a follow up phone call or apology from anyone. I do not frequently leave negative reviews but I would NEVER stay here again. It was absolutely unacceptable to deny a party of potable water.

Everything great, minus the hot tub

Everything was completely fine with the property with exception of the hot tub. It actually never worked properly, although we were able to use it the first day. After that the temperature was dropping, and the water became a murky yellow green color. We did work with management and they did have it looked at, but in a nutshell, it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. That was a major disappointment, and we did receive a credit afterwards. The property though was wonderful, very spacious, and in a convenient location.

Beautiful property in a great location ...

We stayed 3 weeks at 3018 Basingdale in West Vail and it was an awesome property. New build, so everything was shiny and new. Loved the 3rd level with the oversized living area and a great kitchen. Stocked with everything imaginable, so was great for prep of family meals. The bedrooms were on the 2nd level and comfortable. Private bath for each bedroom. Nice sitting area on the bedroom level. Loved the West Vail location. Easy access to both Vail Village and Beaver Creek/Avon/Edwards. Beautiful dog park in easy walking distance as was the shuttle stop, which we used a number of times for convenience. And, the property manager was very responsive and helpful on the few occasions we reached out. All in all an excellent experience.

Wonderful stay, great location.

We had five women staying here for a girls’ trip and we loved the home. The home was very clean and felt as if we were in a cozy mountain lodge. Hot tub was working perfectly, the perfect temperature and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The highway noise did not bother us but we brought sound machines in anticipation and based off other reviews. The only thing was the bus stop was further than we were imagining based on the description so we had to drive or Uber into Vail Village every day. Great stay! Thank you!

Just perfect!

Property is exactly as pictured and it perfectly outfitted. We spent the Thanksgiving holiday weekend here and would certainly come back. Kids loved the garage playroom. Super clean, lots of space and wonderful neighborhood in which we walked the dogs. Thank you! Extra points for immediate delivery of a new coffee machine when we noticed a missing coffee pot.

This house was very nice place to stay and enjoy a good time with family and friends. This place has multiple rooms, has everything you need in the rooms and kitchen, and close to vail downtown.

Great Location close to the slopes

Enjoyed a great family vacation. Easy to get to Vail Mountain for skiing and other activities. The space was comfortable, and the game room was an added bonus! Hot tub was the cleanest I've ever had at a rental property. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We enjoyed going to Apres Cafe in the Vail Raquetball Club to get some great pizza and fries on nights we didn't cook. This is a pet-friendly renter and some of our guests did struggle with allergies during their stay, carpets and bedspreads would benefit from a deep clean to remove pet hair.

Great vacation spot

We had a great time at the vacation home. It is very close to vail village. We went skiing and shopping there. Great hot tub. We loved the game room in the garage. Very cozy and welcoming. I would recommend staying here. We would stay again.
