"This was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel for a quick overnight before a flight. I was coming from Tuscany and wasn't sure which train I'd make. The staff communicated with me the whole time on how to get into the hotel, should I arrive after the last shuttle. When I got to the airport I called, and the shuttle was there within 10 min, super seamless. "Such a wonderful experience at Aurora. From the staff to the service! so lovely to go right out our door & spend the day on the lake, dock & step right into a restaurant that served great food & drinks! The convenience was amazing, loved the local vibe. Absolutely worth every moment, so much so we stayed an extra night. Hope to come back here again some day. Thank you! Wonderful time! "

"Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit."
